The Surprise

*Skyes POV*

Last night was really good, I forgot how nice it was to just spend time with my best friend. But today was going to be even better...

*Jack (or Sean) POV*

I got told the plan last night and I really have to say that Evie is going to love it! I'm actually quite excited for it to happen

*Evies POV*

Yesterday was probably on of the best days i've had in ages, i've kinda been down in the dumps because I haven't seen Joe in forever and that but he's coming home tomorrow and I'm so excited it going to be amazing just being able to see him and hug him :)

I woke up at about 9am, the usual for a Sunday morning, I went downstairs and made breakfast n' stuff. I thought I had about 2 or 3 hours to myself seeing as those two sleep in really late on Sundays.. but then they both came bouncing down the stairs??? fully clothed!

"hey Eveeee we are going out" Skye said

"h-hi? um okay...." I stuttered

"yeah we wont be back for agesssss" Sean said.

"oh" I sighed

"noo don't be sad have a bubble bath or something.. I mean I totally don't know what you girls do" he laughed nervously

"um ok" I chuckled "i will see you later I guess and yeah Sean I might just take ur suggestion and have a long bath. see ya" I walked up the stairs and heard them close the door.

I ran myself a bath and dropped a beautiful (looking and smelling) bath bomb from Lush into it.

*Skyes POV*

Evie seemed really shocked that we were up so early but the reason we were up so early was to go and pick Joe (oh and good old Caspy) up from the airport... yes a day early because that's the surprise and I know that Evie is going to be so happy :)

It was gonna take about an hour to get to the Airport and back so I needed to ask Evie to go out and run some "errands" for me whilst we are out.

we got to the airport and saw Joe and Caspar waiting outside. Sean drove up to them we got out and said hi and whatever then shoved them into the car to quickly get home.

"i think that Evie is going to be so happy with this surprise" said Caspar ... wow its crazy how strong Caspar's accent seemed cus he had been away for so long

"me too" joe smiled sadly down into his phone where his lockscreen picture was of them

"ugh hes been like this for most of the trip.. all soppy" Caspar said shoving Joes shoulder jokingly

"haha we have had the same with Evie" I announced

As the trip went on and we got closer to home we heard about everything they had done over the time they had been away, I ws so intruiged in ther stories that I forgot to text Evie.

"OMG NO WE ARE BACK... NO NO NO" I shouted as e arrived at the front of our house

"Skye did you forget to text her???" Joe said nervously

"yes.. ugh I'm so sorry I will text her now, please around the block a few times whilst she leaves"

a few minutes passed and she said that she would go and do the errands for me

"ok shes gone" I said wiping the beads of sweat off my forehead "you can go back now"

We drove back to the house being careful not to cross paths with Evie. we parked infront of the house "right we have around 2 hours before she will get back lets move it people" sean clapped his hands as we walked into the house

"yes lets go, right Joe you go have a shower and get dressed cus u stink... then go and lay Evies new dress on her bed and whatever else you have got for her then come back down. Caspar, Sean and I are going to set up the living room for you two. GO GO GO!"

We were all rushing around everywhere trying to get things done when Evie texted me that she was on her way home. I realised that it had been around 2 hours

"this is it guys" I said as Joe walked down the stairs in casually smart clothes "hm you scrubbed up Joe"

"why thank you"

"okay guys lets go, right you have fun joe" Caspar said patting Joe on the shoulder "we will be back around midnight"

"thank you guys so much for this" he smiled

we ran out quickly before Evie came back... agh I was so nervous and excited! everything had gone to plan (mostly) so far and now it was up to Joe

*Joes POV*

it had been a long stressful day but I knew it would be worth it to see my girl and make her feel special.

Everyone had left and they had done an amazing job downstairs making it look like a really cute with the fairy lights in the living room and the sofa was covered with a purple blanket and there were a bunch of Polaroid photos of us and our friends on the coffee table <3

I knew I didn't have much time so I put a sign on the floor that said pointed towards the stairs and another one just outside  her room. I had scattered rose petals around her dress and the necklace I bought her when I was away. I heard the door open and I quickly hid in another room. I could hear her walking up the stairs and the temptation to just go out there and kiss her was unreal. But I knew I had to keep quiet so that it was a surprise... I snuck down the stairs quietly when I heard her door shut. I couldn't wait to see her come down those stairs, that dress looked stunning so it would look even better on her ..

I hope she knew to get dressed... I was a bit worried that she wouldn't know but then I remembered that Skye was going to text her t tell her to get dressed and go downstairs.

Minutes later I heard her coming down the stairs, I quickly jumped up from the sofa and stood behind the bottom of the stairs. She walked down and I grabbed her waist from behind and spun her round

"JOEEEEEEEEEE" she squealed

God damn I love that girl...

I put her down, brushed the hair out of her face whispered "I missed you so much Evie" and then slowly went in to kiss her, I hovered my lips over hers just to annoy her until she just couldn't stand it and pressed her lips against mine. it felt like the first time we kissed, as if sparks were flying everywhere. it felt like it lasted seconds but I knew I would have the chance to kiss her again later so it was fine.

"ive missed you so much too" she said "w-wait I thought you were only coming home tomorrow??"

"we got an earlier flight so I could surprise you" I smiled

she awwwwed and then I saw tears come to her eyes. "no don't cry baby I'm here now its okay" I kissed her forehead and pulled her into another hug. " come on we have a lot to talk about and theres like a hundred different movies we can watch"

I said sweeping her off her feet and running over to the sofa. she squealed as I put her down, I put my arm around her and we chose a movie to watch...

it was the perfect date with the perfect girl and there was no where I would rather be. ever!
