Living the dream

Chapter 6- The House

"OH MY GOD" we yelled simultanously when we managed to open the bigh heavy oak doors.*

I could not believe what was in front of me and I certainly would never have dreamed that this would happen.

"Skye is this a dream?!" I whispered to her

"I'm not quite sure...." She replied

We were currently standing in the middle of what looked like a ballroom but it was actually just the entrance to the house..... Or shall i say mansion

"Whoaaaaa this is crazy!" I said as my voice echoed around the room

"Its huge...."

"Imagine what the bedrooms look like if this is only the entrance?!?"

"Let's go then?!!!!!"

We ran up the winding stairs to the second floor, we looked in all of the bedrooms until we each found the ones we liked best! Skye's room was a dark plum purple with one black feature wall. There was a rectangular window carved out of the wall showing a beautiful view of the city...

There was a white acrylic bed raised above the ground with black sheets and a black and white head board. To the left was a white set of draws that went half way up the wall with a white vase on top of it.

Next to that was a full length mirror with a round seat in front of it. Next to the bed there was a night stand with a pile of books on top of it. On the right was a long rectangular night stand witch ran to the edge of the room on it was a paper rose, a small desk lamp with a white square shade over it and some more books.

Above it was a picture split into 4 individual paintings that created one big picture. Opposite the bed was a sleek black desk with a ultra wide screen gaming LG computer on top of it, with a green mouse (apparently from this company I had never heard of called razor) and a matching keyboard. In the corner was an wooden acoustic guitar with a rose painted on it.

There was also a photograph of a game which skye said was called Bloodborne which had an ominous black surrounding with the main character stood in the centre the sun was an orangey-red like the sun was setting and there were streaks of purple in between the clouds. The wall was painted black like the one opposite but had a blue circuit pattern on it like it was the inside of a computer monitor. There was also an Xbox one and a Ps4 under the desk.

"Wow..." breathed Skye "this room is amazing I wish I could stay, live and work here forever I love all these gadgets and equipment!" She stated in wonder and amazement.

"Come on lets go and see my room" I squealed excited to see what my room had to offer.

So my room had kind of mint green or teal coloured thick stripy wall paper. Right in the middle of the room was a four-post bed with white sheets and hot pink pillows.

There was a desk next to the walk in wardrobe that was at the back of the room, the desk had my MacBook Pro on it already but there was an Apple Computer on the right and loads of pens and pencils put into neat little boxes stacked up in the edge of the desk.

A beautiful chandelier hung from the ceiling, and there was a hot pink rug on the floor to match the pillows :)

Attached to the two posts of the bed was a 50inch 3D TV :0 :0 There were some sort of pink curtain things hanging down from where the four posts connected at the frame at the top of the bed! They were super cute, oh and not forgetting the picture of an adorable little pug on the wall <3

We were both so happy with our rooms... It's like they were designed for us!!!! :)
