Goodbye Jack

--- When your reading and the first thing you see is a time skip... 3 days later---

Skye's POV
Ever since I had left the hospital Jack had kept his promise, he came and visited me everyday after he had Finnished his recordings.

Each day he visited me was better than the last, and everyday lasted longer than the first. Both of us dreaded the end of the week and desperately tried to spend as much time with eachother as possible... But with everyday every goodbye became harder to say.

Today was Jack's last day in America, before he headed back to his home in Ireland.

It was 6am and I had crashed on the couch last night, when I was crudely awaken by a loud banging on my front door.

I slowly got up and dragged my feet along the carpet towards the door.

As I expected I opened it to reval my energetic and hyperactive boyfriend.

"Hey Jack" I said whilst yawning.

"Top of the Morning to ya lassie..." he replied causing me to giggle, before he spoke again "Awh sorry sweetie did I wake you?"

"yeah but it's OK... I don't really mind to be honest, I get to spend more time with you this way" I told him before he leaned down and kissed me on the lips... The kiss was soft and slow and hopefully not the last before he left today.

"So your all packed?" I asked him as we walked slowly into the kitchen and I started to pour myself some lucky charms...

He came up behind me and pulled me into a hug "yes I'm packed but I'm really gonna miss you"

"I'm gonna miss you too Jack" I said sadly

"Well we still have a couple of hours before I have to leave so what do you want to do?" He asked me

"I think you should eat some breakfast and then we can go and say goodbye to everyone... How does that sound"

"Great.. Anything as long as I'm with you" he let go of me and poured himself some lucky charms too.

--- Time Skip ---

After we had finished breakfast I quickly ran upstairs to get dressed (which Jack heard and jokingly shouted at me to stop running) .. I did really get dressed but I had a surprise for Jack over at Joes house (where Evie was) so I texted her to ask if everything was going to plan..

She replied and said it was ... so that was my queue to get Jack over there within 20 minutes.

I quickly it changed into the outfit I had picked the night before, black ripped skinny jeans, a plain white tee with a long sleeved checked shirt tied round my  waist and my white converse. I brushed my hair and did my makeup and walked down the stairs. As I was walking down Jack must've heard me, he turned around to look at me walking down the staircase... His mouth dropped to the floor and when he finally closed it he said

"I know I don't usually say this and it's not really like me to say this but you look damn hot in that Skye"

I blushed and thanked him "come on then" I said to him

"Where are we going?" he said jumping over the couch

"To Joes house to say goodbye to him" I laughed "is that okay?"

"It's all good as long I can see you"

I laughed "what has gotten into you today Jack?" I said closing the front door behind me

"Your beauty" he replied as we walked down the street

"Your such a flirt but i kinda like it" I said interlocking his fingers with mine

"I might keep it up then" he replied

"Alrighty then" I said as we walked through Joes door and into the kitchen

"SUPRISEEEEEEE" everyone shouted out as they popped out from behind the table etc...

"Is this all for me?" Jack asked putting an arm around my waist

"Yes, it's just for you... I wanted to show you how much I have appreciated your support over the past couple of weeks and I know that I haven't made everything easy for you but I do know that I love you very very much so when you leave in a few hours I will miss you like hell" I hugged him tightly

He replied "I love you too Skye and you have no idea how much I will miss you even though it's a week it will seem like a year to me" he kissed me on the fore head and Caspar shouted

"OKAY SO LETS PARTYYYYYYYYY"

Mark turned the music on and we all danced and ate cake... A lot of cake XD everyone came up to Jack and said their personal goodbyes.. I was sort of dreading out goodbye because I knew I was going to cry and I just didn't want him to leave..

But after a few hours it was time for him to go.. I thanked everyone for setting it up and making it one of the most awesomest memories ever then we left so that I could drive Jack to the airport in time to catch his flight...

I drove because I was allowed to :) (that's like the only thing Jack actually let me do haha) but the car ride there seemed like it was only 5 minutes and then came the goodbye..

We walked into the airport hand in hand and said our goodbyes

"I will see you in a week okay?" he said to me as I started to tear up "please don't cry" he wiped away my tears and kissed me "I love you Skye"

"I love you too Jack" I said to him as we walked of with his luggage in his hand, the kiss still lingered on my lips and I just wanted to run up to him and tell him not to go but I couldn't... I restrained myself and walked back to the car in tears.

I stopped crying around halfway home and arrived back to see a home cooked meal by Evie (which is a Miracle) laid out on the table.. I talked about what happened whilst she listened..

By the time I had explained everything I was really tired so I went up to bed and thought about all of the amazing memories I've had and all of the amazing ones that we have to come .....
