Rose's pov:

It has been 3 weeks since Beth killed Kale and Beth rejected Eric. She barley leaves her room, doesn't speak to anyone, the only time she leaves her room is when she spends time with Lucias and Mitlida, ever since they had come back, Lucias and Mitlida were inseperable, we tried to get Mitilda her own room but she wouldn't leave Lucias and he wouldn't let her go.

I was worried about Beth she was so shut off that she wouldn't even respond to mindlinks. Eric was no better he avoided all females like the plauge and spent most of his time in the gym burning all of his anger.

For the first time since I found out what he had done to her I actually felt sorry for him. It seems as if reality has finaly hit him. He spends as much time with Lucias as he can, building a relationship with him.

Stop worrying, love everything will work out in the end. Alex said through mindlink as he pulled me out of my throughts and into our bed. I can't, it is killing me to see them like this. I told him. I know love, it kills me too, he is my little brother after all but we can't do anything, they need to do this on their own and from what I can gather from your gumbled thoughts is that Beth see's mated pairs as a threat. He told me.

I hated myself because I couldn't help them. Alex pepered kisses all over my neck distracting me from my thoughts. I tried to fight the urge to give into what my wolf wanted but I couldn't because in truth I wanted to as well.

"Give in love" He whispeared huskily in my ear.

My whole resolve crumbled and I gave in to my desire. I let Alex love me the only way he knew how, I shut out the rest of the world and concerntrated on him.

Alex had to help his father with Alpha duties so he left and I walked down into the gym where Eric was beating the life out of the punch bag.

"Eric? You need to get control of yourself, I know this is difficult but you need to do it. I know that you are in pain but you need to tunnel that pain into making things right." I told him gently.

"This is the only thing that has kept me from breaking down her door and begging her to accept me. I haven't even looked at another female, I cut off everything with them. Rose I don't know what else to do, I'm lost." He said.

"Be patient Eric she will come around, she just needs time." I told him.

He just nodded and for the first time in over 7 hours left the gym.

Eric's pov:

After my chat with Rose I went to my room I needed a shower.

These past three weeks have been hell on earth, I did as I promised I will not look at any of the females and cut them all off.

At night is the worst because that night we first we haunts my dreams...

It was one of the nights I decided to let off some steam and go out to one of the clubs. I had been at the club for ten mineuts when I smelled the most alluring scent that could only belong to one person... my mate.

I searched through the room for her and found her on the dance floor, I approached her and waited for to become aware of my presence when she realised I was there she turned to face me.

Shock was all over her face, when it wore off she breathed in my scent and relaxed.

"You are my mate." I told her.

She nodded, I knew who she was, she was a close friend of Rose's and I knew that I wanted her.

I pulled her into my arms and kissed her beautiful skin after a few minuets I pulled away and looked at her with lust filled eyes.

"Come with me?" I asked.

She nodded and I lead her to the back of the club where there was a few rooms and pulled her in one of the rooms.

I kissed her with all I had and quickly undressed her and then pulled off my own clothes and slowly entered her and pulled back out, I wanted to drive her wild but I didn't have enough control over myself instead I thrusted hard and fast into her until we both climaxed.

That night it took all my control not to mark her, being the stupid play boy I was I didn't want to be tied down to just one female but now all I wanted was her.

I needed to make her see that it only her and my son that mattered. I took and shower and changed my clothes and head down stairs and into the kitchen.

I cooked some spaghtai meatballs and garlic bread for myself, Lucias, Mitlida and Beth. I took Lucias and Mitilda's plate to their room and made sure they were okay then I made my way to Beth's room, she still hadn't left it and I knew that she was probably starving.

I knocked the door and waited for her to open it, when she saw me standing there she shook her head and opened her mouth to tell me to leave but I cut her off before she could speak.

"I know you don't want to see me but I brought you something to eat and something to drink." I told her handing over the plate and bottle of water.

"Thanks." She said.

"No problem, let me know if I can get you anything else." I told her as I walked away.

I sat at the kitchen table engrossed in my thoughts, I had eaten my food and was waiting for Lucias and Mitilda to bring their plates down so I could put them in the dishwasher, when I was all of a sudden aware of a prescene behind me, I turned to face and came face to face with Beth...

Ooh so will she give in to her wolf and accept him or will she fight against the mate bond and continue to shut herself away?
