Chapter 21:
*Harvey's POV*
I didn't mean to storm out of the cafeteria and leave Sophia alone but I had to get out of there before I confessed my feelings for her. I didn't want her to know or it could ruin our friendship and become awkward.
When I walked out of my AP chemistry class and saw Alex pinning her against the locker I thought that it was one of those crazy 'Barbies' but then I saw Sophia's innocent and scared face.
Seeing Alex's pressed against Sophia's just raised my anger level and I immediately walked over to separate them. I was actually surprised that Sophia was in the hallways during class. Especially, cutting with Alex Dawson.
I hated him because he jut thought he could have any girl in the school he wanted.
Well, he isn't going to have Sophia and I'll make sure of that.

*Alex's POV*
As soon as that bell rang I became pissed. I was even surprised when I audibly groaned. I wanted savor the mouth watering taste of coconut that Sophia carried in her lips.
I could she's never kissed a guy before since she let me dominate her mouth the night before. I could also tell that she was uncomfortable from the way she shivered everywhere I touched her.
When she slammed into me in the hallway, she looked nervous so I tried to lighten the mood by grabbing her bag and running away. I was stopped by the principal and Sophia slammed into my back causing us both to fall to the floor.
As soon as principal Schwartz gave us detention slips and Sophia just tried to walk away but I came up from behind to soothe her. I don't know why but it just felt right at the time. She tried to squirm away from me but I just held her tighter.
"Alex, get off of me."
"Hmm, how about no" I said. I liked to get her mad because it was cute how red she got when she was frustrated.
"I will kick you where the sun don't shine if you don't let me go in three seconds."
I immediately let go of her and held up both of my hands. I didn't need detention and a pair of sore balls
"Don't ever come close to me again." She said angrily.
"Or what?" I said.
"Don't mess with me, Alex. I'm warning you. I mean I have no idea why all of a sudden you took interest in me. I'm just a pathetic loser and you know that so why don't you just fuck off! I mean do you like me or something that you can never stop annoying me or leading me on."
I just stood there suprised at her choice of words.
"That's what I thought. I can't believe that I'm considered a loser."
She turned to walk away but I stopped her, grabbed her arm and pushed
her petite body into the nearest locker.
"Alex, let go of me!"
"Why you don't want me to move, do you?" I said inching my face closer and closer to hers.
I rubbed his nose against her's and her breathing came in short pants. I moved slowly towards her just in case she decided to push me away or slap me.
"W-why are y-you doing this to me?" she stuttered.
"Can't you tell? I'm going crazy for you," I confessed.
I meant to say something different like 'it's fun messing with you' or 'I like seeing you squirm' but the words just slipped out of mouth and I couldn't take them back.
Then, the bell rang and I groaned loudly. That loser that Sophia always hangs out with walked out of his classroom and spotted us.
He quickly walked over to us and pulled me off of Sophia.
"Stay away from her," Harvey growled.
He looked like he was ready to punch Me but Sophia just grabbed his arm and tried to pull him away from me. If this loser thought he could take me on alone then he wasn't very smart at all. I've been taking self-defense classes since I was 7 years old and I don't mean to brag but I'm a honorary black-belt.
"There's no need to get mad Harvey I was just showing her what it'd be like to have a real guy hold her." I said trying to get on his nerves.
There was already a crowd forming over the three of us as we gained the attention of every nosy person in the hallway and I sensed that Sophia was becoming uncomfortable.
"Shut up, Alex. She would never want to be with anyone like you. Your disgusting!" Harvey spat.
I was surprised a teacher hadn't come out to see what all the trouble was about.
"At least I don't follow the girls I want around hoping that they would take an interest in me," I retorted.
"The both of you shut the hell up!" Sophia yelled.
Everyone looked at her surprised at her sudden confidence boost.
She grabbed Harvey's hand and pushed through the crowd, leading him to the cafeteria.
The crowd disappeared and I was left in the hallway leaning against a locker. I hated this feeling. All of this arguing was over one girl. Then I realized I was jealous because Sophia is slowly becoming my everything and I'm not.
I know it sounds conceited but that girl has got me doing things that I wouldn't normally do. I'm not sure if I should fight this feeling or just go with it.
