"I miss you" Faith whined over the phone.

It had had been a month since they had gotten back from their honeymoon and newlywed life was everything they wanted and more. Faith had gone back to rotations the day after they got back, medical school wasn't exactly forgiving of absences and she had used all but a couple for the wedding and honeymoon. Sal had been there every day supporting her like before but now from their own home together. Waking up next to each other with arms wrapped around each other, little notes in her lunchbox that he made for her every morning, making sure to have her favorite blanket on her chair at her desk for her countless hours studying, everything she was more than capable of doing on her own but everything he wanted to do for her. She noticed every single one of them and was so thankful for the little gestures he did to make sure she knew he was her biggest fan and cheerleader. Yet, 23 days ago started a new set of challenges...Sal was back filming and in another state for an episode and at least one punishment. Joe promised her that they needed to be out of state at a specific location for this punishment and profusely apologized for stealing him away.

"Well it's about time" Sal returned.

"What on earth does that mean?"

"You have been so focused on school and compartmentalizing everything that unless it's scheduled, I think you barely know I'm missing sometimes."

"Sal that's not true. Yes, I get super hyper focused on tasks in front of me but we both know when it comes to you I'm obsessed."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah, you silly goose."

"Tell me more. Tell me how you're obsessed." She could hear the smile in his voice as he said it.

"Well for starters..." Faith says as she sits down on the sofa in their living room at their home "...I'm obsessed that you're so selfless, you always care for everyone around you. Like putting little notes in my lunches when you're home packing them for me because that means I could sleep for another 5 minutes. You always put my favorite blanket on my chair so I'm warm when I study because I need the room cold but want to be snuggly. Or how..."

"Careful, I'm not fully alone Love."

"Ahhh... don't call me Love if you don't want me to finish that sentence, Champ."

"Guys, I'm going to take 10." Sal yells at the boys and the crew. Faith can hear Joe laughing saying "tell Faith hi for us!". She knows that means he's just as bothered as she was when she picked up the phone to call him. "Ok continue please, LOVE".

"I was going to say or how desperate I am for you 99% of the time".

"Desperate huh?"

"Yes, Champ. Desperate. Needy. Can't function."

"Wow, can't function is pretty desperate Love."

"Mmmhhhmm. It... it... is." Faith practically moaned into the phone.

"Gosh I wish I was back there with you. Where are you right now My Love?"

"I'm in our living room sitting on our sofa in our house...wearing just your t-shirt and nothing else."

"Oh man. Which t-shirt babe?"

"Your super soft black one"

"Fuck me." Sal practically whispered.

"That's literally the goal, Champ."

"Fuck it. Fuck the whole show. I'm getting on the first plane home and I'm fixing this desperation."
