Don't Tell Anyone

Eight

It was just a normal day where Misaki was just sitting at the counter reading a book.

Then someone was hitting the counter. Misaki looked up from her book, seeing no one but the sound kept going. She stood up.

She saw a girl. She was shorter than the counter. She grinned happily when Misaki smiled at her.

"Misaki onee-chan, can you help me build an oracle think tank deck? I want it to be just like yours!" The girl said, her big eyes begging for her agreement.

"Sure. Come here." She said, motioning for her to get behind the counter.

Her blue eyes lightened up and she ran behind the counter. Misaki took out a book with a list of oracle think tank units.

Misaki let the girl sit on her lap and helped her choose some units. The girl wanted everything exactly like Misaki's old deck because it was amazing. Misaki was flattered but she told the girl, whose name was Rana, that she choose her own units, which was why it was amazing. She managed to convince the girl to choose her own units.

As they were choosing, Kai, Miwa, Morikawa and Izaki came in.

Misaki looked up, greeting them out of habit.

Kai stared at her and the little girl on her lap. The sight was actually cute to see. Miwa interrupted his little daydream.

"Are you helping her build a deck?" He asked Misaki, who is feeling very self conscious as Miwa talked to her. She still did not want to believe that Miwa had a crush on her.

Rana replied for Misaki. "Yeah!!" The girl then looked behind Miwa. She gasped when she saw Kai. She hopped off Misaki's lap, shouting for her brother.

"Nii!!! Kai onii-chan is here!!"

A boy, probably a year older than his sister, came running when he heard his sister's voice. He went towards Kai and tugged on his blazer.

"Can you help me build a Kagerō deck? I want it to be super super strong so I can beat my sister."

"Hey!! You can never beat me if Misaki nee-chan built my deck." The girl huffed and stuck her tongue out at her brother.

The boy did the same to his sister. "But Kai onii-san will help me build my deck, right?"

Kai smiled at the boy. "Sure."

The boy cheered. Misaki chuckled and took out the book with a list of Kagero cards and handed it to Kai. She gave him a piece of paper and a pencil.

"Write down the units he wants and give it to me later, I'll look for the units for you."

Kai said his thanks and ruffled the boy's hair. "Come on, let's build your deck."

I am terribly sorry I haven't updated. I haven't been feeling motivated lately which results in my writer's block. Now I decided to force myself into it so here it is. A few chapters at once.
