Misaki was tired. Asaka had asked her to try on a few clothes here and there.
Usually she would have enjoyed it, but the headache was killing her. She eventually told her blue haired friend about it.
Asaka placed her hand on Misaki's forehead. "You don't have a fever, maybe it's just stress and fatigue, have you eaten?" She asked.
Misaki thought about it for a while. "I haven't actually."
"Damn, why didn't you tell me? It's already two o clock! Let's eat after I pay for this. Any idea where the boys are?" Asaka asked, heading towards the counter. Misaki followed after.
"They have been following us for a long time. Didn't you notice?" Misaki sent her a flat look.
"Really?!" Asaka looked surprised. "I didn't know." She took out some money from her purse and gave it to the cashier.
Misaki sighed. "Maybe they really were serious about taking our bags, but I doubt you would let Ren carry your bags."
"I only have three bags, so it's not a big deal. You haven't even bought anything." Asaka smiled at the cashier who thanked them for their purchase.
The both of them walked out of the shop and spotted the boys outside.
"Let's go get lunch. Misaki hasn't even taken breakfast yet." Asaka told them.
"Finally! I was wondering when are you girls gonna get hungry because I'm starving right now!" Ren groaned.
"You look pale, are you alright?" Kai asked Misaki.
"I'll be fine after some food, I think." She smiled at him reassuringly, her stomach flipped at the thought of him worrying about her.
"Let's go already!! Oh, I'll help you take the bags." Ren said, taking away the bags from Asaka's hand and running ahead like a child at an amusement park.
Asaka and Misaki looked at each other. "Should I stop him?" She asked Misaki, hiding a small smile.
"Nah!" The both of them said together, which made them both laugh.
Kai looked at them weirdly. "Why the sudden change in character, you hardly let Ren do anything."
"Nothing." Asaka replied, sending Misaki a secret look. "Let's go, Misaki looks like she's going to faint."
"No I don't." Misaki glared at Asaka.
"Yes, you do." Kai and Asaka said at the same time.
"Hah, the boyfriend agrees with me, let's go." Asaka hooked arms with Misaki and followed after Ren's small silhouette.
Kai followed behind them and thought to himself.
Was Asaka finally giving up on Ren?
