Taking the Dragonite Airlines, Red, Delia, Professor Oak, Ash, and Serena arrived at Kanto. Their main mission was to remove Ash's Time Lock at Oak's Lab. Also, most of Red's loot and Ash's pokemon were at Oak's Lab: the protagonists needed them to save the Champions at Team Psychic's hideout.
"It's so good to be back at Kanto! Home sweet home!" Ash raised his hands into the air while waiting for the customs at the Kanto Airport to check their papers.
"Stay low, Ash," Red said and pulled his hat lower to cover his face, "We need to get this done quickly, best before Team Psychic finds us."
"Ok? You're no fun," Ash pouted.
The moment they passed through customs, Red immediately summoned his Deoxys, which was already disguised to look like a regular person, wearing a business suit and covering its face with a mask. It was walking in a slightly awkward way, because it didn't need to walk. This could blow its cover...
The group of 6 - 7 if you include Pikachu - swiftly arrived at the exit of the airport. Professor Oak picked up his Rotom Phone, "Let me call Uber..."
*FLITZ*
Deoxys rushed to the front of the group and used Psychic. It was...blocking something?
Red turned defensive immediately, "What's wrong?"
Deoxys stepped aside with its tentacle hand still in the air. A sniper bullet was levitating in mid-air, which was aiming at Red's forehand. Apparently, the bullet was stopped by Deoxys's Psychic, telekinetically halting the bullet's movementlike Neo from The Matrix.

If Red hadn't summoned Deoxys, he would be dead.
"What's wrong, Dad?" Ash asked.
"That is not a way to greet guests, PsychicMagic," Red shook his head, as if he had already gotten used to this, "Return to Sender!"
Deoxys strengthened its Psychic and flung its tentacles. The bullet was fired back to where it was shot. A window at a faraway building shattered into pieces. But the impact didn't seem to hurt anyone.
*GRAB*
A metallic claw extended from a hovercraft, trying to catch Pikachu, but was stopped by Professor Oak. He was holding the claw with both his hands, yet due to old age, he was slowly losing grip and couldn't hold it any longer.
Serena threw her Pokeball to help, "Delphox, destroy the claw with Flamethrower!"
Delphox popped out of her pokeball and pointed at the metallic claw. A consistent stream of flames exploded from Delphox's magical wooden wand, destroying the claw in the process and freeing Professor Oak.
Ash realized what had happened. He yelled at the four villains on the hovercraft, "Team Rocket! Would you guys ever give up? Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!"
