The original Sudrian Engines were called to the big Station at Homestead. Namely, the ones from the Railway Series. Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, Toby, Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver, Daisy, Boco, and Bear. Along with them, were the Can-Do Crew and Jack and the Pack with them.
(Y/N) stepped out of her office, and addressed to the engines, "I have gathered you all together for a special occasion. Yesterday, I was greeted by an old friend, and was told about a secret project that has been happening."
"What's the project?" asked Percy.
"I believe that it's best if SHE tells you all," said (Y/N).
The Reverent Controller stepped aside, and revealed a familiar face to the engines, who they all saw.
"Hello everyone," said the woman.
"Britt Allcroft!?" asked Gordon.
"It's wonderful to see you again!" said Henry.
"What brings you to the Paradise Railway?" asked Thomas.
"Well, I've been saving up on a big project, for all of you," said Britt, "Today, we start construction, on Sodor."
"On Sodor?" asked Percy, "What do you mean?"
"We are reopening Sodor as a large Heritage Line," said (Y/N), "Spanning the whole island. Rebuilding old sheds, stations, and even branch lines at times."
"You mean.... we're going back.... home?" asked Duck.
"Yes," said Britt, "Now, it will be a very long trip. And, we also have some other engines to help out who will work on the railway. And, with permission, you will go to and from Sodor, and here."
The engines cheered, blowing their whistles and horns.
"Gordon, Henry, can you take the construction machines to the island?" asked (Y/N).
"Yes ma'am!" said the two big engines.
The engines all coupled up to different trains, all filled with workmen or supplies they needed. And after that, they headed across the mainland, with special permission to go through, as other trains were shunted.
Soon, they arrived at Barrow-In-Furness. Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy and Toby all remembered how they first raced across this bridge many years ago. And now, they were heading back. Right now, the only station was Vicarstown. There was still some remnants of the old bridge connecting to the rest of the railway.
Thomas remembered his early days as Station Pilot here at Vicarstown. He looked at the platforms, seeing his past self pushing and pulling coaches into place. Edward looked to see the original engine sheds, and thought to long ago, as familiar lines played in his head:
'Driver won't choose you today. He wants big, strong engines like us.'
'Would you like to come out today?'
'Oh yes please!'
'Look at me now!'
"Alright everyone," said Britt, "We've all got work to do. We need to clear the old tracks, refurbish them all, and make sure they are ready for use."
"This going to be fun!" said Jack.
"Can we fix it!?" asked Scoop.
"YES WE CAN!!" replied the others.
