The hospital room door opened slowly almost reverently.as the family stepped in together, excitement buzzing around them like electricity. But before anyone could rush forward, they all halted.

He approached the cradle His heartbeat hammered in his ears, drowning out every murmur behind him. His steps softened, shoulders trembling... as he looked at his son for the first time.
There he was...Small in size, Pinkish in colour.
Wrapped in a soft blanket, with tiny fists curled like rosebuds.
His vision blurred instantly.
His hands trembled as he touched the baby's little chest, rising and falling, rising and falling.

His lips parted soundlessly as tears slipped down his cheeks.
Kavya watched him from the bed, her tired face glowing with love. The family stood back quietly, giving him those sacred seconds.
Krishiv closed his eyes and broke into a smile that carried both relief and disbelief.
He lifted the baby gently, as if lifting dawn itself, and held him close to his chest. The newborn shifted a little, snuggling into him.
Krishiv choked on a sob, hugging him delicately.
"Beta..." he whispered, voice trembling, "I am your Papa."
Everyone behind softened some had misty eyes, some smiled,It was only when Krishiv finally kissed the baby's forehead and turned slightly, allowing others to see, that the chaos erupted.
"MAI dekhungi! Mai chachi hoon!" Amrit declared, marching forward taking him from Krishiv's arms. "Awwlle baby Chachu
"Excuse me!" Akshat snapped.
"Excused," Amrit said sweetly, already stretching her hands out.
"Idhar laao, main dekhunga," Akshat said, sliding right between Amrit and Vaibhav with full authority.
"Tum sabse ek second pehle main hi room mein aaya tha."
"Pehle idhar mai dekh raha hoon," Vaibhav protested, moving between them. "Nana ka haq pehla hota hai."
"Ji nahi, Dada ka."
Rakshit puffed his chest proudly and leaned over.
"Hello baby... welcome to the weirdest family ever."
"Hatt! Aap honge weird... idhar dijiye."
Vishakha took the baby from Rakshit's arms with maternal authority. "Dadi jaisa banega baby mera... intelligent and smart."
