Chapter Four

I wake up in the dark hotel room. I pick my phone up off of the nightstand and check to see I've been spammed with texts from my dad.

Us parents are planning track your phones so be ready when I find you...you will be a broken helpless little boy

"Guys get up!" I yell knowing that they probably already started tracking

Adeline Screams and Jai hugs her, him calming her down. She also has anxiety along with her depression. At times she can be the happiest person in the world and then she thinks of something and her depression takes over.

"It's okay baby," Jai whispers and strokes her hair

"There tracking our phones and we need to leave," I say and they all start getting ready. We all get outside and throw out phones over the ledge breaking our I phones.

"Jai you calm down Addie while we pack the stuff and we will honk the horn when you need to come down," I say and he nods rocking her back and forth.

I run down the stairs after James and Beau. Almost tripping on the last step. I throw the bags sloppily in the trunk then run into the front office.

"Hello sir," says a smiley woman.

"Hey," I say making sure I look down making sure she can't get a good look at my face. Just in case the parents come.

"Sir is there a problem," she says now sounding concerned.

"No everything is fine I'm just checking out," I say

"Okay sir and is everything alright with your face?" She asks.

"Umm yes, I just have pink eye don't want to give it to you," I say

"Okay your all checked out and have a pleasant day,"

"You too," I yell running out the door to the drivers seat of the car. I honk the horn and minutes later Jai and Adeline join us in the car.

"Why did your dad tell you if he was coming to get us?" Beau shakily asks

"Because he's a fucking idiot," I say

We have been driving for the past couple hours and I'm starting to get hungry.

"Guys I'm hungry," Adeline says finally speaking after crying into Jai's bare chest for the past couple hours

"Where do you guys want to go," I say as we drive into a small town with a whole bunch of fast food restaurants

"MickeyD's," James says an the rest of us agree.

I pull into a McDonalds parking lot, checking the dash it's exactly 5:30am. I pull up to the parking spot closest to the door.

We walk in and we order then I walk over to the play place.

"Skip what the hell are you doing?" Adeline says cuddling up to Jai (who for some reason still has no shirt).

"We are all on the run from family and hate and just random stupid things. Why not have some fun with it?" I say like I'm some superhero. I shoot up the play stairs and just play like a little kid.

"Skip? Skip where are you?" I hear Adeline call crawling around the play place.

"Up here,"

After waiting a little bit for her to find me she does.

"Woah this is beautiful," she says meaning the sunrise from outside the window.

"It is," I say and minutes later the rest of the guys join us

"Adeline?" Jai speaks out

"Yeah Jai?"

"You told me you stopped," he says quietly in almost a whisper

"Jai I...."

"Your too beautiful to cut we love you too much,"

He grabs her wrist and plants kisses up and down her scars then James, Me, Luke, Beau. I love these five there my family Addie is like a sister to me
