Chapter 25

Hope's POV:

I pull into the garage and press the button to close the garage door as I park then turned off my car. "Alright. You ready to meet the family, Jeddy?," I say then ask as I look back at him.

He smiles happily and nods while holding the donut boxes. "Yup! This is going to be awesome," he answers and reached for the door handle.

Oh hell yeah it is. Kate and I grin slightly then got out of the car. I popped the trunk open and Kate grabs his suitcase for him.

"Oh I can get it, Kate," he tells her shifting the boxes over to one hand so he can grab his suitcase from her.

But she shakes her head. "Nope! I got it, kid. Now let's go! I want a donut," she retorts making the p noise in the word.

Jed and I laugh quietly in amusement as she ushers us into the house. She really wants that donut. I slip my hand in Jed's and pull him in carefully. I know he gets a bit nervous when meeting new people.

   Just like I was but the Denalis made me feel welcome and comfortable. I know they will do the same with Jed. "You'll love them, Jed," I softly tell him in his mind and he smiles nervously down at me.

I guide him towards the living room after setting the donut boxes in the kitchen. Everyone is waiting there. Everyone except Carlisle and Edweirdo. Carlisle is working and the douche is gone.

I believe he's traveling or something to take his mind off of Isabella. That poor girl had to deal with his self hating ass. "Family this is Jed Tien. My best friend and brother," I proudly introduce him and he straightens up with a smile.

Tanya steps forward with a friendly smile and held out her hand. I'm sure everyone can tell how nervous Jed is. "It's nice to meet you, Jed. Hope has told us a lot about you. I'm Tanya Denali. Welcome to our home," she gently tells him smiling.

He clears his throat and wiped his hand on his jeans before grasping her hand gently. "It's nice to meet you too, ma'am. You have a lovely home," he responds politely and shook her hand.

I give the one in mine a squeeze to comfort him. "Please no formalities. Call me Tanya. This is my wife and mate, Irina Denali," she says waving him off gently and stepped back as Irina stepped forward to shake his hand.

   "Hi, Jed. It's really great to meet you," Irina softly says shaking his hand gently. Jed smiles down at her and gave her's gentle shake.

  "You as well, ma'am," he responds in a polite tone that makes Irina smile at him in amusement.

  "Like Tanya said please no formalities. Call me Irina. Ma'am makes me feel old like Rebekah," she retorts making me cough to smother up my laugh as Auntie Bex glares at her with no heat behind it.

  Kate well she just let it out. "Damn, Rina. That's cold," she laughs making me break and start laughing with her, Emmett, and Jasper.

Jed snorts out a laugh and raised his hand to her which she hits softly. "Great, now there's three of them," Auntie Bex complained with a groan making Jed, Kate, and I grin at her in sync. She grimaced slightly and shook her head.

  You know if Auntie Bex could, her hair would've gone pure gray by now because of us. More so with me. "You love us," all three of us say in sync and turn to each other in surprise at the fact we did.

She sighs heavily and gives us a smile. "Now that was creepy," Marcel spoke up chuckling with a few others joining in.

We shrug and turn back to the others. "Jed, this is my momma and pops. Carmen and Eleazar," I introduce my second set of parents proudly which makes momma pinch my cheek gently with a soft smile.
