There was something about her Elijah just couldn't put his finger on. Louise had significantly changed since he met her and he wasn't sure if she was trust worthy.
"Elijah" Rebekah's voice broke him from his glare of the witch, who had now seemed to have taken Sasha's old dress sense.
Elijah shook his head and looked up at his sister as if to say 'what?'
"You need to listen if you want your silly little girlfriend to be rescued" she lectured "you're lucky that I've agreed"
"You're only doing this to keep me away from trouble Rebekah, you don't have to I'm fine" Marcel huffed, knowing Rebekah's true intention
"If Sophie says an ordinary vampire like you is no use to someone like him then you shouldn't be doing this" Rebekah turned around and focussed on Marcel. She was obviously worried.
"I'm not an ordinary vampire, I was once the king of New Orleans" he said proudly
"Right, once" Rebekah murmured "my hybrid brother came along and smashed you down like a truck"
"Hey, I could've defeated him, you were the one that told me to pick up the coin..."
"Children please" Elijah interrupted, finally tearing his thoughts from reality and joining in on the conversation "what can we do Sophie?" He asked
"There are different ways we can stop this , and I mean we do have to stop this, he's a psychopath" she said "it all depends on the variables, we could split them up, though I believe he might've taken precautions to stop that, we could use spells to try and get her back, or we could kill Daniel"
"I like the third option" Marcel added
"The third option is the hardest, we first have to get near him with a weapon, which is downright impossible , and we have to consider that he could be linked with her and by killing Daniel we kill Sasha" Sophie said
Just as Sophie said that, Louise took a sharp breath in. Her hand covering the black butterflies on her other hand. Her eyes had clouded over in a sort of baby blue colour. Definitely something they hadn't seen before.
"It comes to something where a strange witch starts to have a witchy vision and I just stay calm and think nothing of it" Rebekah sighed "let's just leave her to it"
Elijah didn't want to, but Sophie agreed and even Marcel did to. But when Louise shut her eyes and collapsed onto the sofa, Elijah would soon realise she would wake back up. And that meant he could leave.
But he didn't go too far. He just stayed in his room, lying on the bed.
A knock at the door made him jump up quickly and walk to the door.
"Louise, you're awake" he said as she stood with messy hair.
"I've been feeling odd ever since your girlfriend engraved me" she strode in speaking.
She's not my girlfriend.
"I now see why she did it" she perched on the bed where Elijah was lying "she's allowed me to see certain things that she can, which means I can see what's going on"
She was smart. "That means she can send us messages even though she's not... Sasha anymore"
"Exactly" Louise confirmed "and what she's allowed me to see is vital, but I think I need to tell you first"
Elijah closed his eyes and Louise allowed him to play back the vision as if it were a video.
"What're you working on there?" Sasha walked in on a Daniel stood over a stereotypical witch cauldron "you sure are giving into witchy stereotypes"
Daniel straightened up and started to kiss her. Elijah didn't want to watch, it made him feel sick.
"I'm not sure if I should tell you or not" he said, flicking a piece of her hair away from her face "it does concern you an awful lot"
"I can't do anything about it" she shrugged "you tell me to jump I say how high, you tell me something I don't like, I have to live with it"
"Well you won't live with it for long" he said. Sasha's head cocked to the side in a cute confusion "what if I told you I could be even more powerful and immortal"
"I would say good for you, but what's in it for me" she replied "we're supposed to be a team, you can't just leave me behind, those lot will probably kill me"
"They won't kill you" he said vaguely
"What's stopping them?" Sasha snapped
"Me, I'm stopping them because I need you" he snapped back "I only need you for the next few days and then you'll die anyway"
"What?" Sasha said angrily "you're killing me off now?!"
"I loved you Sasha, I do now, but toying with the idea of immortal life and unlimited power, it out weighs any sort of feelings I've ever had" he said
"Why do I have to die?"
"You're the other half of my magic, the source of my power. If I drain you- which would inevitably kill you- I get your power combined with mine to make even more, which I can then use to make myself unkillable" he explained
"Surely to get my power you'll have to link to me?" Sasha said "and it'll take a while, I do have a lot"
"Yes" Daniel walked over and drew blood from her finger, holding a small vile underneath to catch it "that's why I'm starting the transition now, it'll take precisely 48 hours to drain you of everything you have"
Sasha stood back, the news had just kicked her right in the stomach. She was out of breath and though she didn't have feelings, it still hurt somehow.
"And you aren't going to do anything about it are you my dear?" Daniel asked
Sasha shook her head. She couldn't now that he had given her orders. She had to sit back and watch the life drain from her, like her humanity.
