3. Ocean Blue Eyes

        I woke up the next morning with If It Means A Lot To You by A Day To Remember ringing in my ears which meant it was time to get up. The bed was so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. But as much as I wanted to lay in bed and be lazy today, I'm going out with Luke. For a second date? I don't know. I mean we just met and isn't it moving a little too fast? Okay maybe a lot fast. But I have been crushing on him for the past few years and wow is this a dream come true, so I'm just going to take it as a second date and see how everything goes! Fingers crossed for the best!

        I took a shower and put on a little make up when my phone rang. Luke was calling. "Hey are you ready?" He said. "Kind of. Where are we going? What should I wear?" I asked. "Casual. Okay I'm on my way, see ya!" He hung up not giving me a chance to respond. Looking in the mirror and realizing I was still in a bath robe I started to panic a little. I rumaged my bag and found a white crop top with nothing to match it with but then I remembered that I bought a pair of high waist shorts from Urban Outfitters yesterday. Perfect! I tied my red and black flannel on my waist just incase I get cold.

        I was just finished changing when the doorbell to my room rang. I hurriedly opened the door and there he was, wearing a red and black flannel with a jacket over and skinny jeans. His hair was in a low quiff. He looked amazing I was all heart eyed emoji. I was admiring him when his laugh snapped me back to reality. I gave him a questioning look and he said, "We're matching!" Pointing to his flannel and mine. "Oh and nice shirt!" I looked down realizing that I was wearing a 5SOS crop top, which I honestly didn't notice when I put it on. I was slightly embarassed but Luke seemed somewhat proud that I was wearing his band's merch. "Shall we get going?" I asked reaching for my phone on the bed still blushing. "Yeap! Let's go brown eyes!" He cheered.

        We laughed all the way from my hotel room to the his car. I swear the family in the hotel elevator probably thought we were crazy. He kept mocking my dark brown eyes that were 'boring' and that his ocean blue eyes were prettier than mine. They obviously are but I wasn't going to admit it. But we went on with our random conversations until we arrived at a carnival. "Wow much clichè Hemmo. A carnival for a second date?" I said laughing. "Hey! Carnivals are fun okay and the rides are awesome!" He said trying to cover up his laugh. He held out his hand to help me out of the car but once I got out I just released it while mumbling a "Thank you." From the looks of it, he wanted me to hold it longer but something told me not to. What was it?

        Anyways, when we got our tickets we were off! Running from one ride to another like little kids going to a carnival for the first time. For the entire day we rode roller coasters and spinning rides until I barfed out our lunch and I just couldn't anymore. Luke even bought a photo from the roller coaster where my face was weird because apparently I sneezed and he was laughing at me. But not going to lie it looks cute. Thank God. He also won me a stuffed elephant from a random game. By accident might I add. He was aiming to get the penguin which was a smaller prize but he scored 100 points so he had to choose a bigger prize which was either an elephant or a rhino. Elephants are cuter so..

        It was a tiring but fun day! We got back to the hotel and decided to order room service for dinner because we wanted to chill and be the lazy people that we are. Plus my hotel bed is super comfy and warm and did I say comfy? We finished our dinner and we were sat cross-legged facing each other. What were we doing? Staring contest. He won ofcourse. 2 out of 3? He won them all. I couldn't help it. He's adorable. We also talked about ourselves. It was like a DMC (Deep Meaningful Conversation) and I liked it. Learn more about each other and all that shizzles.

        Eventually, we fell asleep cuddled up in my bed as I wondered.. Will he still be here when I wake up? What if he leaves? I hope he stays.

Hey guys I'm sorry I haven't updated in forever. School sucks and finals are coming. September wasn't a great month for me so I could literally say "Wake me up when September ends" and it's finally ending. This chapter was interesting yet boring to write.
