21. Tickets

~Day 4~

        Luke and I woke up pretty late today so we missed breakfast. But we had our lunch at Twenty 8 Acres and we were off for today's adventure!

        Luke decided to take me to Sea Life Sydney Aquarium! I'm so excited to see what weird speceis of sea creatures they have here but I'm most excited to see the dolphins!

        We were on our way there and I couldn't stop bouncing my legs. "Woah woah calm down missy." Luke laughed.

        "Shut up! I'm excited okay? It's not my fault that I don't go to these kinds of places back home." I said as my smile grew wider at the sight of the place. It was huge! We got our tickets and off we went!

        At first it was like a really big arch then it got smaller as we entered. There were so many fishes swimming over us. There was even this hammer headed shark and it was so cool! Then there was a stingray, it swam over us and you could see it's mouth like right there. We also saw some sea lions and yes finally! Dolphins!!

        They were so pretty oh my gosh I think I fangirled over this one dolphin that kept swimming infront of us. I could feel Luke judging me the whole time but hey, I have every right to embrace my love for my favourite sea creature right? I've always loved them for being such kind and caring creatures. Playful too!

        After that, we got to this cave area with smaller aquariums and wall aquariums. They let us touch a sea cucumber and it was cool but gross at the same time. It was so soft but so weird! Luke then excused himself for a bit to make a phone call to someone so I went ahead and touched the sea cucumber a couple more times. Don't ask why.

        Then when he came back, he said we had somewhere to be..? He's confusing sometimes. I just shrugged and weny along with it.

        "Is this 'somewhere' far from here or..?" I asked. "No no, it's actually somewhere in here. Or more like outside but within the aquarium grounds. Let's just say it's somewhere I think you'd like!" He said which made me think about dolphins since he said I would like it.

        We walked back to the arch and took a left turn into a different section with an even smaller arch. It was scary if you ask me because the fishes and sharks and everything inside that arch aquarium thingy were like super close. Plus, it was dark which made it seem creepy.

        But what made me less scared was the fact that Luke was there and I trust him, also because he was holding my hand and yeah. My heart pretty much started jumping all over the place. I think it's swimming with the fishes. Sorry I like to think I'm punny. Ha ha ha..

        We were walking towards this light at the end of the tunnel. When we got to the end, it was like an exit to this amazing back area where there was a giant pool.

        "I sorta kinda know some people and I thought you'd like to meet some dolphins." Luke said not making any eye contact. I could see him blushing and I swear my soul left my body.

        I looked at Luke wide-eyed, "Are you serious?! Oh my God! This is amazing!! Thank you thank you thank you!!" I said hugging him. He just laughed at my kiddie self. "Okay let's go." He said.

        We met this guy named Isaac, a dolphin trainer and he gave Luke and I some swimsuits to change into. After that we went into the pool to meet some dolphins. They were Lola, Pius, Fina and Yelda, they were all so friendly. My favourite was Fina because she was the most playful amongst the dolphins. The others were too but she was somehow standing out more than the rest.

        I made a mental note to do something for Luke because he has done so much and it has only been 4 days wow. 4 crazy amazing days.

        I would say that today's plan went smoothly. Well, so far. Charlotte is smiling from ear to ear and so am I. Her love for dolphins is... cute and I'm glad that she got the chance to play with them a little. I may or may not have stolen some photos of her and the dolphins. I even saw Isaac stealing some shots on my phone when I left it on the side to join Charlotte and the dolphins. Mental note to thank him for them later. I hope he got my angles right. Kidding! I hope they're cute.

        Now, we are currently on our way to nowhere. I didn't plan the whole day through to be honest but we are having a fun time. I hope.

        Got the windows down and All Time Low blasting. The wind in her hair made her look stunning. I wish I could take a picture of her there and then but I'd probably end up crashing the car so better not. Guess all I could do is mentally snap that view into my mind. Never forget it Luke. Never.

        Having the wind in my face and my hair makes me feel so relaxed. I realized that I never took the time to stop and just appreciate nature and everything around me. I've always locked myself in my room and shut everything and everyone out.

        But now, everything has changed. I mean I've always loved adventure and I'm finally getting it. All thanks to Luke.

        I swear, I still believe that this is all one big dream that I'd wake up from. Good things don't happen to me. I'm unlucky like that. I just hope that if I were to wake up, it wouldn't be too soon because I would love to see where this wonderful dream will take me. But for now, I think I'm just going to enjoy this amazing view in front of me together with the most amazing person beside me. I wonder if he feels the same way I do. I wonder if he gets that weird warm fuzzy feeling too.
