Chapter 13

I could hear Zach snoring softly in my paws. "There so cute," I said to Ryan.

"Ya they are, and tiny," I smiled.

"And tiny," I agreed with him.

"I just can't believe that the size of them when the go to their human forms," I nodded.

"Zach is a bit taller then you, and look at how small he gets," Ryan nuzzled me, I licked his neck in return.

"Their mom is a good example of that too," Ryan said, Zach squirmed a bit in my paws.

"Wonder what he's dreaming about," I said, Ryan laughed.

"Maybe us," Ryan teased.

"Don't-"

"Danny," Zach murmured in his sleep. Ryan burst into a fit of laughter.

"Ah Danny you have a crush!" Ryan rolled over onto his back.

"Ya and I have a mate too," I glared at him and he shut up. Ryan came back and cuddled with me. "I wonder how he can stay in his fox form while asleep."

"Maybe an adaption?" My mate offered.

"Possibly," I agreed, "I'll ask when he wake up." Zach started to moan my name in his sleep, which brought a smile to Ryan's face. "Hush you!"

"I didn't say anything," he was still smiling at me.

"Shouldn't you want to rip him to shreds?"

"He's cute too, besides, he's sleeping," I rolled my eyes at my mate. Obviously he isn't dominate...talking about that, he's seemed prettily submissive and cuddly ever since earlier. I wonder why? Maybe his wolf knows that he's submissive? Whatever it is, he should at least care more for me! Ryan licked my muzzle, I smiled and went to lick him back but he jumped away, taunting me. He walked behind me and jumped onto my back, and started to nibble on my ear, great.

"Do you mind?"

"Not at all, your very comfortable," he continued to nibble away at my ear, I groaned and put my head back on my paw. Eventually Ryan got bored of that and started to swat at my tail. As I wagged it for him, such a pup. I yelped as I felt his teeth sink into my tail. Zach woke with a start and sprinted away into the long grass.

"Zach it's fine, it's only my stupid mate biting my tail!" My voice raised at the end to a shout.

"You scared me, I was trying to sleep," he said walking out.

"Ya we could tell, 'Danny' mmmm," Ryan taunted, walking to my side, I nipped at his neck.

"Stop being an ass," I looked at Zach who had his ears back and tail between his legs. "It's fine, he's just an ass."

"I think my mom is going to start worrying," Zach said and vanished into the grass again.

"Why would you have to do that?" I asked, turning to my mate.

"I was only teasing," he walked up to me, head low. I growled at him and started to walk back to Zachary's mom. He stayed behind me the whole time, neither of us said a word between the other. I could see the mother sitting by the tree, Zach was sitting beside her, looking off into space. We walked up and changed into are human forms, Zach glanced at me, blushed then looked away again.
