Chapter 12

The month went by slowly. I tried to find Ryan, but he wasn't in school at all. I went to his house a week after his mysterious disappearance and no one was home. I went home and found his home number and learned that his family went on vacation, I couldn't blame him though, he came at the end of the year, so he had no point in staying for exams. After that I actually relaxed a bit and tried to study for my exams, it wasn't easy but I did it.

After the full moon I started to worry again. What if he forgot and changed in front of his parents or humans? He couldn't be that stupid, could he?

After the month was over I would scope out his house, I know creepy, but I missed him so much. Besides the full moon might have worked its magic. He finally walked out to the forest so I waited until he got further out. I watched as he looked around and started to change into his black wolf. I ran up to him and made my presence known, he glared at me for a second before his gaze softened.

"I missed you," I rubbed up against him, he nuzzled me as I went.

"I missed you too," I turned to face him, and I looked into his eyes. I couldn't trust him, he was a good at lying, but my wolf wanted to trust him again.

"Did you really?" I asked sharply.

"Yes," he got up and nuzzled me a bit, I growled.

"Don't lie to me Ryan," he looked me straight in the eyes.

"I really did miss you Danny, your my mate after all," he said it all looking into my eyes.

"Has your wolf told you that?"

"Yes he did," he said, as far as I could tell, truthfully.

"So your fine with being mated to a guy?"

"Ya, cause your my mate," he said happily, his eyes didn't hide any deep emotion or anything, so I couldn't tell if he actually was lying.

"I don't know why, but I don't feel like I can trust you," he whimpered and lowered his head and walked to me and licked my neck.

"I have an idea," he changed into his human form. "Come on." I changed and he grabbed my hand, he started to lead me back to his house.

"What are you doing?"

"If you really wan't cant trust me, then I'll make sure that you will," he went to his back door and into his house, still holding hand. His parents were in the kitchen, they glanced at their son then at me, then are hands.

"Son, who is your friend?" His dad asked.

"This is Danny, my boyfriend," I watched his father's eyes go from a confusion to anger in a split second, he got out of his chair red faced.

"That's not true! You have a girlfriend!" His glare on me was nothing compared to my father, so I stayed true to my nature as an alpha and stayed standing straight and I met his glare.

"Ryan you better be a joke mister!" His mom said.

"It's not and I don't anymore, I broke up with her earlier this month, I'm bisexual and you both will have to deal with it cause I won't change!" I was impressed with my mate for being this brave.

"Get out of this house!" His dad yelled, I couldn't tell at who, but I wouldn't back down to this human. "And stay out! You aren't my son anymore and god forbid that you ever come back to this house every again!"
