Chapter 10

Sorry for the EXTREMELY slow update!! I've been having a bad time for the past two weeks, and I've been trying to get another chapter in on my other books, but it hasn't quite worked. BUT! With all the new people reading my book, I got inspired, so here is another chapter.

Chapter 10

I woke up to Lachlan brushing my hair with his fingers. I didn't want him to stop yet, so I didn't move and kept my eyes closed. I had the best sleep of my life with him beside me. It still confused me, with my mate as a guy, but I don't mind it as much anymore. My wolf picked my mate for me, for a reason, I just don't know it yet.

I couldn't take it anymore. In one fast, and smooth movement, I pulled Lachlan under me, and hovered over top of him. He looked shocked at how fast I was. I kissed him deeply before either of us said anything. I broke the kiss and stared down at him with a big smile.

"Morning," I said, lowering myself onto the bed again, I moved us both so we were laying sideways facing each other.

"Morning," he cuddled up to me, and kissed my jaw. "How was your slumber?" I couldn't help but laugh at how silly that sounded with his accent.

"My slumber was amazing, your's?"

"The worst sleep I've ever had," he said, then kissed my nose. I rubbed his back a bit, rewarding me, with him getting closer to me.

"What time is it?" I rolled over and saw my clock. "It's 11:37! I'm WAY late for school!" I went to get up, but he pulled me back down.

"Your mom came in and talked to me for a few minutes and said that she called you in sick," I relaxed and smiled.

"Ya I am," a look of concern went over his face, "I'm love sick." He rolled his eyes, but kept his smile.

"That was so cheesy!"

"But you smiled!" I exclaimed, poking his nose.

"Cause it was sweet at the same time," he kissed my nose in return. "Oh, and your little brother is home too."

"Why?" I asked, my voice going whiny.

"Cause you are, besides, I like him, he's nice," I rolled my eyes.

"You barely know him."

"We talked for about an hour, he left about twenty minutes ago," I sighed, his hands were on my back, and were slowly making their way down my back.

"Hands off my butt please," he laughed and pinched my ass. "Hey! I said no!"

"You'll have to make me," he smiled evilly at me, pinching my ass again.

"Fine," I rolled us over again and grabbed his arms, pinning him. "To easy." He bucked his hips, making me loosen my grip. He took that to his advantage and rolled his again, he grabbed my ass in the process. I growled playfully and rolled us again, the two of us rolled off the bed and onto the floor, making a loud bang. We both started to laugh at what happened. I could hear footsteps coming towards my door, I paid no attention to it though.

My door swung open to my mom standing there. We were laying on top of each other on the floor, with the blanket from the bed rolled around us. "What are you two doing?" My mom asked, with an eyebrow raised.

"He was pinching my butt!" Lachlan smacked my butt quickly.

"And your on the floor because...?"

"We were fighting," Lachlan said with a grin, I growled and went to nip at his jaw.

"Alright, lunch is ready by the way," my mom said and left, leaving the door open. My stomach growled, Lachlan's followed short after. I sprang up and stopped at the door.
