I step off the studio floor applause followed as my cheeks flushed with embarrassment. I couldn't believe I fell down like an idiotic klutz its so unlike me to do something like that. My friends welcome me into the group hug already expecting my retreat to Fort Wounding of Heals. While I lick my wounds, I watch the other girls perform for the solo and they're all good. No one messes up except for klutzy Valentina and another girl, Haley who's pregnant and probably suffering from the early stages but she's not aware of her pregnancy. The perks of having powers.

"Positions." Ms. Fran says sternly, her sagging cheeks graze her thin, chapped lips. If only I could put some EOS on her lips then she'd look presentable. We all get up and head to our usual positions when we're practicing. Ms. Fran looks all around, judging us with those eyes that she uses only when she's examining is for a show.

"When I call your name it means you weren't able to obtain the role of Clara, however, other positions I see that you have potential in will be posted after Spring break. You are dismissed." She announces. As soon as the three last fateful words of her mini statement is told I rush to my bag and outside for a breath of air and to look for who made me fall today. As girl's names are called I watch them walk back to the barre, their faces defeated and tired. I couldn't help but pity them, we've all worked hard for Clara but rejection is expected in the dance world.

My mind drifts to Alec and my Wolf begins to yearn for him. I stop myself and stand taller, no boy will ruin me. By the time my mind clears, it's only me left in the center. Everyone applauds and I circle around. I couldn't help but feel shocked, I knew I wasn't good enough to play the part so why'd Ms. Fran choose me.

"For girls who weren't able to obtain the role of Clara, there will be other positions that will be posted after Spring break. You are dismissed." She announces. As soon as the three last fateful words of her mini statement is told I rush to my bag and outside for a breath of air and to look for who made me fall today. I'm the first one outside and the rest of the girls are picking up their bags when I whisk through the doors.

"Hello," a man's smooth, deep voice comes from behind me. I don't turn around because I realize who it is.
"You're the jerk who made me mess up today." I cross my arms and stay with my back turned away from the guy.
"It's not entirely my fault. Bad timing." He shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal. Maybe to him.

"Ballet is my life thank you every much," I'm now turned around and angry for his lack of consideration, "Next time I'd appreciate that your 'bad timing' is no timing at all," I snap folding my arms. Then something hits me and I turn back around taking steps close enough to touch his chest with just a quarter of my arm's length.

"You look just like a guy I know. Like literally a splitting image. But you have a bundle of hair." I scrunch my nose trying to figure out what to do with my new observation. He definitely wasn't Alec because he's... Well Alec, but he looks like an exact copy of him.

"While you try and figure out how. Think of the most logical reason as to how I'd look like whoever you speak of." His voice is filled with humor as I still struggle to contemplate what he means.

"Hello, big brother." Danaya looks unhappier than usual and it all hits me at once. Not those good hits either, a realization that'd probably make me more confused than I already am.
"You're Alec's brother," I whisper to myself.

"Not just his brother. His twin." I'm shocked that he heard me but then again we're all wolves. A twin? I don't know how I can deal with boys who have the same DNA.
