A loud sound of an explosion echoed through the walls around her, was it a gunshot? The room was cold, too cold, the air smelled of metal and something rotten, something that made her stomach twist painfully
Y/n tried to move but her body wouldn't respond properly. Her wrists burned. Something tight dug painfully against her skin every time she shifted

Her breathing grew uneven as she lowered her head slowly. Her hands were restrained above her head, metal cuffs wrapped tightly around her wrists while bruises colored her skin purple and red. Her white dress was stained, dirt sticking against the fabric while droplets of water continued falling from her soaked hair
"Please..." her voice came out broken
A loud laugh echoed somewhere inside the dark room, Her body immediately stiffening as a shiver passed down her spine
The sound of shoes slowly hit the floor following after it. Like whoever stood there already knew she couldn't escape. Y/n's breathing hitched as she forced herself to look up, her vision blurry from tears and exhaustion
A figure stood hidden inside the shadows watching her silently but she couldn't see the face properly
All she could see was those same blue eyes, cold enough to freeze the blood inside her veins
Fear crashed through her chest so violently she started pulling against the restraints again, the chains rattling loudly through the room
"Please let go.."
The figure finally stepped closer. Her entire body trembling harder as the light finally brushed against his face. A familiar smile spread across his lips, one that made her stomach turn painfully
"You disappoint me, little girl"
Y/n shook her head rapidly, tears running down her cheeks as panic consumed her completely. "I-I don't want to do this anymore.."
A sharp hand suddenly grabbed her jaw forcing her head upward.
"You don't decide when it ends"
Her breath got stuck in her throat as his fingers tightened painfully against her skin
"Look at you," he muttered softly, almost amused. "Still breaking so beautifully"
"No..." she whispered weakly, shaking under his hold
The room suddenly grew darker
The sound of chains dragging across the floor echoed loudly now, mixed with muffled screams somewhere far behind her. Her head spun violently as flashes started hitting her one after another
Blood, Needles, Someone crying and Daniel's voice
But Xavier stared down at her while his hands forced her back into the chair again, the flashes going back into hiding somewhere
"Stop.."
"You are my best work"
"No!" She screamed
"You survive because I allow you to"
"STOP!"
Y/n suddenly jolted awake with a loud gasp, her chest rising violently as sweat covered her skin. Her eyes widened immediately, panic still choking her throat while she looked around the dark room desperately trying to separate reality from the nightmare
