Epilogue
~ Nina ~
I shrieked slightly when Niall cannon- balled into the pool, splashing me a little.
"Ten!" The girls and I shouted.
We were judging from the deck, seeing which of the boys could make the best splash.
"Nine!" Madison shouted.
"What?! That's a ten! I don't care if you're sticking up for your fiancé." I stated.
Madison is Harry's fiancée.
She's really lovely, and very kind.
They met during a meet & greet about two years ago.
We instantly welcomed her because of her spunky personality.
She's perfect for Harry.
"Gosh, baby boy. What are you doing to Mommy?" I said to myself, feeling kicks in my pregnant stomach.
That's right, I'm pregnant with a little boy that's named Spencer William Horan, after Louis.
He will be my third baby, my second boy.
"Mommy! Up, up!" Mason lightly demanded.
I picked him up and placed him on my thighs, my stomach being in the way a little.
He's always very fascinated about it, always putting his hands on it.
Mason James Horan was named after Niall, and he is a little older than one year old.
He's an adorable little boy, looks almost exactly like Niall.
It makes me curious as to what features Spencer will have.
"Your little brother is kicking, Mason. Do you want to feel?"
He held up his hand so I took it as a 'yes' and put it over the movements.
He laughed and started bouncing.
"Is that cool, baby boy?"
"No, Matthew! Don't do that to your sister!" Jess yelled.
She quickly got up and ran over to where Matthew and Jennifer were, hers and Louis' kids.
Matthew is a little prankster, just like his dad.
He's a little over three years old, and he's really a little charismatic boy.
Looks like a mini Louis, honestly.
His sister, Jennifer, is Mason's age, and such a cutie.
Just like her mummy.
She's a very beautiful girl, and also shy.
"Matthew, you know better than to pull your sister's hair! Apologize right now or it's time out for five minutes." Jess said.
Matthew kept quiet so Jess picked her up and sat him on the grass over by the door.
"Five minutes."
When she turned around, he stuck his tongue out at her and I had to stifle a laugh.
Troublemaker, just like his father.
Jess went back over to Jennifer and relaxed her until she wasn't in pain anymore.
"C'mon, sweetie. Come sit with Mummy for a little bit."
Jennifer stood up on shaky legs and walked over to us girls while Jess held her hand.
She just recently started walking, and being the same age as Mason, he's a little intimidated.
He's only ever gotten as far as standing for a few seconds, but I have a feeling he'll learn soon.
"Awe, Jess, c'mon. Don't put the kid in time out!" Louis said from the pool.
"He's your son, Louis! Of course I have to put him in time out so he can learn."
I applauded her and Louis glared at me.
"My own sister!"
I laughed and then saw Brooklyn out of the corner of my eye.
She's such a beauty.
She's four years old now, and the most gorgeous little girl I've ever seen.
She's so polite and can be very shy, but once she knows you and feels comfortable with you, she'll express her true self.
Brooklyn walked over to the edge of the pool and just stared at it.
"Brooke, baby. Be careful." I warned.
I didn't want her to fall in because she doesn't have her floaties on.
She dipped her toes in the water and then instantly retracted.
We had all gone silent at this point, and I made eye contact with Niall.
I motioned for him to move closer to her, so he did and opened his arms.
"I'm here, princess. You can do it." He encouraged.
She looked at him and then around her before jumping off into the water with Niall.
She clung to him tightly, but he had no intentions of letting her fall.
"Daddy, don't drop me!" She panicked.
"I've got you, baby girl. I won't let you fall."
All of us started to cheer for her and she smiled wide.
"That'll be you one day, Mason." I whispered. "And you too, Spencer. Soon."
After a little while longer of chilling out in the pool and relaxing with the kids, Niall fired up the grill.
Brooklyn came over to me and I kissed her forehead.
"I'm so proud of you, sweetie. You're becoming such a big girl now."
"Thanks, Mommy. It was really fun and Uncle Harry said I could go swimming at his house and he would show me how to not use my floaties!"
"Did he now?"
I looked around and found him kissing Madison.
Typical.
"Alright, who's hungry?"
Niall put out burgers and hot dogs, and everyone ran towards it, including my own daughter.
"Hungry, bud?" I asked Mason.
He nodded so I picked him up and brought him over to put him in his chair.
"Save some for the pregnant woman! Spence is wanting this badly today." I said, grabbing a plate.
"Of course, baby girl." Niall said, kissing my lips quickly.
Liam brought his and Jenna's twin boys, Jacob and Ryan, over to the food, setting them next to Zayn and Perrie's daughter, Anna.
Liam and Jenna have gotten married, but Zayn and Perrie have not.
It's kid and baby central here.
I don't know how we keep up with all of this.
Louis turned up the music, and we had to laugh when What Makes You Beautiful came on.
"So long ago, right?" Niall said.
"Seemed like just yesterday, mate."
It's insane to think of how long we've been together.
The oldest kid is four, so that means something.
"How're you doing, babe?" Niall asked as he sat down next to me.
I took a sip of water and shrugged.
"I'm alright. He's just getting fierce today."
Niall put his hand over my tummy and massaged circles to try and calm Spencer down.
"Uncle Harry, can I sit with you?" Brooke asked.
"Yeah, buttercup. C'mere."
He pulled her up onto his lap and held her close to him.
They're still as close as ever.
Some people may actually think she's his daughter because of how they bond.
It's crazy.
When we'd all finished, I was sitting with my feet in the pool, Niall in front of me.
"How much longer?" He asked impatiently, kissing my tummy.
"About one month, Ni. Soon, he'll be here soon."
I held onto his hands and wrapped my legs around him.
Glancing over to my right, I saw Mason making grabby hands towards us, so I got up and went over to him.
"What's up, bud? You alright?"
He looked at Niall, so he got out of the pool too, but stayed a little away.
"Can you walk over to Daddy, Mason?"
He began to crawl but then shakily stood on his legs, only to plop back down.
Everyone was watching by now.
He almost started to cry, feeling very discouraged.
"It's okay, honey. Try again." I encouraged.
Niall held his arms out so Mason tried standing up again.
"Like this, Mason! Walk like this!" Brooklyn said, walking normally.
He watched his big sister and then took one wobbly step forward, and then another, until he managed to walk over to Niall.
He caught his son and picked him up, smiling wide.
"You just took your first steps, buddy! I'm so proud of you!"
Claps erupted for him and I wiped a tear from my eye.
He's growing up too quickly.
This is going too quickly.
"Going fast, right?"
I jumped when I heard Louis' voice, and then he sat down next to me.
I nodded and leaned my head on his shoulder.
"That's how I felt with you. You grew up on me."
I smiled, seeing my kids hug each other.
"I just don't want to see them go, you know. Brooklyn starts kindergarten next year. Spencer will be born by then. It goes by quicker than you think."
"Believe me, when you've got a kid like Matthew, you wish it went by faster." He joked.
I laughed and saw the little guy jumping in the pool with his floaties on.
"Well, he's the exact same thing as his father."
"Shut up!" He chuckled, shaking his head. "How is this little one doing?"
He placed his hand on my tummy and smiled.
"He's alright. Kicking a little extra today, but overall great. Can't wait for him to be here and in my arms though." I said.
"Thank you for naming him after me. It honestly means so much to me."
"C'mon, Louis. I had to. Before Niall and I decided to have kids and all, I had my mind set on having at least one girl, and at least two boys. The first boy would be named after Niall, and the second would be named after you."
I always thought about it.
Louis took me in at the busiest time of his career.
I owe a lot to him.
"I love you, you know that?"
I nodded, feeling him kiss my temple.
"I know. I love you too." I said.
Matthew ran over to us, splashing us a little.
"Woah, slow down, bud. Don't run. And also, be careful around Auntie Nina. You don't want to hurt the baby." Louis said.
Matthew nodded and I ruffled his hair a little bit when I noticed he looked concerned.
"It's alright, honey." I reassured him.
He smiled again and then went back into the pool.
"Thank you for never leaving." I whispered.
"The same goes to you."
I hugged him as tight as I could with my bump in the way.
Then I looked to my right and saw Mason shakily walking over to me.
"Look at you, Mason! Such a big boy now!" I cheered, bringing him onto my lap.
"Mommy." He almost started to cry.
I stood up and gave Louis an apologetic look which he seemed to understand.
"C'mon, baby boy. Do you need to be changed?"

"Brooklyn, come sit with Mommy." I said, ushering her over.
It had finally gotten dark, after we all laid down to watch the sunset.
It was a good relaxer for all the kids, and they seemed to be captured by the colors.
"Look! A shooting star!"
I glanced at the sky quickly, seeing a flash of light go by.
"Make a wish, princess." Niall whispered from next to me.
I turned my head to look at him, smiling slightly.
"I can't, Ni."
He gave me a confused look, and I giggled.
"You remember our first date, right? All those years ago." I asked.
His eyes widened and he perked up.
"The shooting star. Your wish. You never told me what your wish was." He realized.
I nodded and he ran his fingertips over my stomach.
"Well, on that night, I wished for the perfect, most handsome husband who supported me no matter what. I wished for beautiful, healthy children that I would love unconditionally. And I wished for a wonderful life with a family who loves me, and vice versa. It feels good to finally say it, now that I know I've gotten it. I can't make any other wishes. I've got everything I'll ever need."
Niall kissed Brooklyn's cheek, Mason's cheek, and then my stomach.
"I love you so much, Nina. So much." He said.
"I love you too, Niall. To the moon and back again."
He kissed my lips and pressed three fingers into my waist, while I indented three of mine into his shoulder.
"Love, trust and faith, baby, right?"<><><><><><><><><><>
Um, I'm actually in tears right now. I don't want this book and series to be over at all. This series is the first thing I'd ever written out of pure passion. Although I've used names that belong to a face in my mind, I feel like I've made them completely original. I've become attached to my characters, and it's really hard to let them go. I've fallen completely in love with this series, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I was thinking of making a book of parts I've written for this book but never made the cut, but I'm still not sure. My next step is to finish both of my unfinished stories. You could always check those out... Overall, the reaction to this book has been completely incredible to me, and I could not thank everyone enough. The first book has almost 12k reads which is much more than I ever expected. I began to write the book I believe a couple days after I finished sixth grade, and now I'm finishing the third book a day before I enter ninth grade. It's been absolutely amazing. I started writing that book because I had the idea, and I wanted to see how it would come out. The amount of reads I got was not the number one thought in my mind, and it still isn't. I only had the intention to write that one book about the Irish guy who seemed to claim my heart. But I still wanted to write more. So I wrote a sequel. But I still wasn't pleased. I found so much excitement with writing, and I don't go a day without writing something. I then began this book. I knew this would be the final one when I started it, so I wanted to make it the best I could. This experience has been completely amazing. If I had never started that first book, I wouldn't be coming up with new plots for books, and my wattpad career would have never began. I've got so many more ideas that I'd like to share with everyone. It's hard to let go, but I know that it has to be done. Thank you, everyone, for everything. I hope you had so much fun with me on this journey, and can continue to follow me.
Goodbye, Niniall. Until next time.
