Chapter 12- Teach me?

Before we start, my God its been a long time. Im so sorry to all of you waiting for the next update, it's been like what, nearly two years? I have no idea where the time went, i was distracted with exams and personal life and my obsession with these boys kind of dropped but I know there are readers who really want me to finish this story so I shall do it for you guys :) I dont even think the people who wanted a continuation are even still interested now 🥲 But! Im hoping to come back more regularly so here's an extra long chapter to make up for my disappearance 🙏🙏🙏

I wake up feeling an arm wrapped around me and sore from the waist down. I smile at the memory of what happened last night. Oh my god, I can't believe me and Zigzag did that, I feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now, two hot boyfriends all for me. I turn over in the cot to see Zigzag's sleeping face, I smile and sit up. I look around the tent to see that the others are still asleep. Shit. Do they know? Of course they know, what else are they going to think seeing me and Zigzag cuddled up in bed together.

I sit up, noticing that im now wearing Zigzag's shirt. He must have put it on me while i was asleep last night. He's adorable. I quietly get up to avoid waking Zigzag and make my way out of the tent, grabbing the rest of my clothes and heading to the showers. It's still early in the morning, the sun isn't even up yet so I should have some privacy for a minute long shower. Man, I really miss baths, they would help soothe the ache between my thighs right now.

After my shower, I head back to the tent and see all of the boys awake. Great, time for another day of digging.

It's about midday and I finally finish my hole. Stanley walks over to me and helps pull me out.
Y/N: Thanks
STANLEY: No problem, hey Y/N?
Y/N: Yeah?
STANLEY: Why were you cuddling with Zigzag in his bed?
I can feel my face flush.
Y/N: Ummmm...
I see Stanley's eyes widen momentarily and a light blush crosses his cheeks before he grimaces.
STANLEY: You know what, I don't want to know.
Y/N: Best you don't
With that, he drops it. Thank God.
STANLEY: Oh, I forgot to tell you, we've got a letter from Mom
Y/N: We do?
I smile and Stanley leads me back to our tent. We sit and read the letter together, laughing over some joke our mom made about feeling sorry for the old woman who lived in the shoe since it must've smelt really bad. Just then, Zero walks in and we see him hovering over our shoulders, looking like he is trying to read our letter.
STANLEY: I feel really awkward with you reading over our shoulders like that...
I look at Zero and his little face looks heartbroken and embarrassed.
ZERO: I can't read...
My heart breaks. He can't read? He's like... 13, he should be able to read. What has happened to him?...
Y/N: Sweetheart... you can't read?
He shakes his head, looking ashamed. I see his eyes well up and he looks down. I share a look with Stanley and encourage him to say something but Zero interrupts, looking at Stanley.
ZERO: Can you teach me?
Stanley hesitates.
STANLEY: Ummm... you know, im not really a good teacher... and I get tired from digging all day... so I just want to come back and chill, you know?...
Zero looks so upset and I glare at Stanley. How could he be so heartless? I watch as he gets up, grabbing his cap and leaves. I turn to Zero who now looks so dejected.
Y/N: I can teach you, if you want?
His little face lights up.
ZERO: Really!?
I smile.
Y/N: Of course, sweetheart
He suddenly wraps me in a tight hug and I smile more, hugging him back. I feel something wet on my neck and look down, realising that he is crying softly. I stroke his hair, tilting his chin up to look at me.
Y/N: What's wrong?
ZERO: I-Its been years since anyone has hugged me...
Y/N: Years!?
He nods.
Y/N: What about your mom?
This only makes him cry more and I pull him into an even tighter hug.
ZERO: I haven't seen her for years... S-She left me at the park one day and never came back...
This makes my blood boil. How could anyone do that to a child, let alone a mother. I hug Zigzag as tight as I can, stroking his tears from his cheeks.
Y/N: You've got me now, ok? I'll give you all the hugs you want
ZERO: Thank you Y/N...
Y/N: Always.
