"This is an aerial view of Jaku City, and what a nightmare. I'm estimating a third of the city has been completely leveled." A news reporter stated from inside a news helicopter as it hovered over the ruined part of the city. "Heroes and rescue teams are evacuating citizens, but look at the current state of the streets! It's chaos down there! Dust clouds are obscuring the extent of the damage here, but the scene calls to mind the disaster in Deika City. What terrible force are the heroes fighting against? Hosu City, Kamino Ward, and now this in Jaku. There seems to be no end to the massive terrorist attacks that began last year." The reporter continued. "And despite the army of police officers and pros on the ground, no information whatsoever has been released to the press. It begs the question: did authorities know about this catastrophe before it happened? Whatever the case, there's no doubt that the destruction we're witnessing today is worse than any incident in recent history. You have to wonder what exactly is going on in Japan right now. Is this the new normal? The dangerous future we're heading towards?"

Down within the ruined part of the city, Endeavor continued to engage with Shigaraki, sending out strike after strike only for him to effortlessly dodge and block each blow.

"Come on, Endeavor!" Rock Lock muttered as he, Aizawa, and Manual watched from the sidelines. "Shigaraki must be stopped."

As the fighting continued, Ryukyu rushed up from behind Shigaraki; however, he swiftly noticed her approach as he glanced over his shoulder at her with a smirk. "Sneaky..."

Growling Endeavor clenched his fist as his flames flared. "Hell Spider!" He yelled as he concentrated his flames into several strands of fire before bringing them down towards Shigaraki. Despite his efforts, Shigaraki effortlessly dodged upwards, avoiding the attack, before speeding behind Endeavor and launching into him, driving him into the approaching Ryukyu, before slamming them both into the ground below.

"Ouch. That stung..." Shigaraki remarked, his voice dripping with smug mockery. "Hey, Number One." He called out as the dust kicked up by the impact cleared, showing Shigaraki standing over both heroes with his arm raised in the air just like Endeavor had done after defeating the High End Nomu in Kyushu. "Is this the arm you held up that day? Probably should've checked before I beat you."

Endeavor looked up at Shigaraki with barely contained fury as his jaw clenched tightly. "Get off!" He shouted as he fired off a blast of flames at him, only to have Shigaraki leap out of the way of the blast. "Where did these new Nomu come from?"

"It's simple, I have full control over Decay now." Shigaraki answered. "I wanted to keep the capsules from getting destroyed during that first wave, but I just couldn't save them all."

Back with you, Midoriya, Bakugo, and Gran Torino, you all looked out over the battlefield at the horde of Nomu.

"Not good! They're heading for Eraser Head now!" Gran Torino exclaimed before he quickly took off in the direction of Aizawa. "You three keep yourselves hidden!"
