Chapter 5

Chapter 5:

(MIZUKI'S POV)

Rain was standing there, her sword still up. She was shaking slightly as the chains slid out of her. Just as the chains fell, Rain slid her swords in their holder. 

She was looking at the ground, though I couldn't see her eyes. Her hair was like a curtain, shielding her face. There was only two times when Rain showed weakness, one was when someone talked about her kanji and bonds, another is when one of her loved ones is in danger. 

I walked towards her and touched her shoulder. She looked up at me, her blue eyes watering. She clenched her teeth shut and looked back down. She started shaking as she cried out in pain. Just as she was about to fall to the ground, I caught her. 

"Mizuki. My kanjis." She said through clenched teeth. My eyes widen, shit, shit, shit, shit. I gently laid her down and grabbed her right arm, I could see blood sleeping through the bandages. I quickly undid the bandages, her kanjis were bright red and bleeding. Rain closed her eyes and started breathing extremely heavily. 

Blood was seeping through both her arm bandages, that's where the kanji goes when the bond is broken. We need to get her to Itachi, and quick. 

"I'm going to have to lift you up, it might hurt a little but try not to move." I muttered gently to her. She nodded, I then picked her up bridal style, her face twisted in pain, but other than that she didn't make any noise. 

She was actually very light, like feather light. "Aki, you're coming with us." I informed her. Aki nodded and came to my side. I looked over to where the Leaf and Sand shinobi stood. They all looked at us with wide eyes. 

"As you can tell Rain is in danger of dying. I'm not sure if she'll be able to make it to the base." I said while looking down at Rain. Her whole body is in pain, the pain could kill her. 

"What are you going to do if she dies?" Sakura asked. I looked up at her, before looking back down at Rain. If Rain dies, I'll probably lock myself up in my room and never come out. But enough talking, I need to get her to Itachi. 

I put down my sound barrier. 

"Make sure everyone knows the actual truth about her." I said. I then transported us to the base. The only reason why I can do the transportation jutsu is because I have direct contact with Rain. If I were to have direct contact with my blood sister, I was able to use some of her powers, chakra, or jutsus. 

"Where are we?" Aki asked staring at the "forest" that was actually the base. I didn't answer her as I pressed my hand to the barrier and infused my chakra into it. Rain was loosing a lot of blood. THe barrier went down and I hurried to the base, Aki following me.

I busted into the house. "GUYS, RAIN NEEDS HELP. HURRY!" I yelled. I gently set her on the couch and started to attempt to hear her wounds. I heard a bunch of footsteps before Mao, Sora, Deidara, Sasori, Konan, and Hidan appeared. 

They all looked at Rain with wide eyes. 

"Man, what the fuck happened to her?" Hidan asked. Mao and Sora both rushed to Rain's side. Mao started helping me close the wounds, we couldn't let Rain bleed anymore than I have. 

"How did her kanjis opened up?!" Sora asked as she started wiping Rain's forehead with a wet cloth. We couldn't really do anything expect stop the bleeding and give her some space. The pain throughout her body will have to go away on it's own. 

Her kanjis finally healed up and the bleeding stop. Whenever Rain goes through this, her kanjis reopens and she experiences intense pain throughout her body. That's how she activated her Mangekyou Sharingan.
