"You guys are so boring," Michael groans, slumping further into the couch.

"Well what else do you expect us to do on a Friday night, go out a party," Calum sarcastically laughs.

"Well fuck, that'd be funner than this," Michael scoffs, and I couldn't help but laugh.

"More fun," I correct him, but he only replies by flipping me off, making me chuckle.

"Wait, isn't there actually a party tonight?" Calum asks after we just sat there in a moment of silence.

I just shrug my shoulders. I don't really care for parties, they're just an excuse for people to get totally wasted and not feel the slightest bit guilty about anything they did.

"Yeah. It's Emily's brothers party," Luke turns his attention from the TV to look over at us.

"I heard fraternity parties are wicked," A smirk appears on calum's face as he looks between all of us.

"So why are we still sitting here? Luke, ask for the address," Michael quickly asks Luke, getting anxious to do something already.

Luke pulls out his phone and begins typing away at his phone. Didn't know he actually did talk to Emily.

"Do we have to go to a party?" I whine, hoping they would suggest something else.

"Oh let loose a little, Al. It'll be fun," Luke smiled over at me, hoping to convince me.

I stared at him and sighed giving in. Ten bucks i'm going to regret this. I always do.

"Well, if we're going out, then I'm going to go and make myself look presentable," I blandly say, motioning towards my sweats and old t shirt with my tied up hair. I'm not complaining though, being lazy is a good life.

I stand up from the couch, but before I make my way upstairs, I visit Ashton in his downstairs room.

I knock on the white door lightly with my knuckle before opening it.

"Hey ash?" I ask, poking my head through his door, only to see him on his phone, sitting at the edge of his bed.

"Hm?" He asks, not even looking up at me.

"The guys were bored tonight, and turns out my friend's brother is having a party and we were invited to go. Do you and Janelle want to come?"

He finally stares up at me, and oh boy, he looks exhausted.

"Um, yeah. I think we could use some fresh air," he lightly chuckles, but I'm not convinced he's ok.

The bathroom door opens, and in walks Janelle, hair wet and towel wrapped around her.

"Oh, sorry," I awkwardly mumble as she stares down at the ground, just as awkward.

"I'm gonna go change, and Ashton will catch you up," I say quickly before shutting the door and making my way upstairs.

I do my best to make myself last minute presentable, throwing on some jeans and a blouse, and putting on light makeup.

I walk back downstairs only to see that the guys haven't moved from their spots, but of corse they already look good in what they're wearing. So not fair.

I plop back down into my spot next to Luke.

"Finally ready?" Luke teases me and I playfully roll my eyes at him. If I'm going to a party, at least this time it will be with Luke.

"Ready?" Ashton walks into the room, clapping his hands together to get our attention.

We all stand up and hop into our separate vehicles to drive to the location of the party. And let me tell you, it wasn't hard to miss where the party was.
