"Yoooooo," I call out, knocking on the front door before entering into Luke and calum's living space.

Right away, I spot a shirtless Calum lounging in the couch in gym shorts, scrolling though his phone.

"Hey," he beams up at me. I walk over, plopping down onto the leather couches next to him.

"Mayday parade. Nice," I hold out my hand in a fist for him to fist bump, applauding him for the song he was playing off of his phone.

"Thanks, they're a pretty rockin band," he chuckles, and slowly he starts singing along.

I've always admired his and Luke's singing abilities. I never understood why they haven't done anything about it. I mean Luke's uncle does work in a recording studio.

"Where's Luke?" I ask, taking notice to the pretty vacant house.

"He went off to spend some quality time with his uncle," Calum chuckles, although I don't know why. "I woke up and they were both just gone."

"Huh," I huff, not knowing what to do know. I was planning on hanging out with Luke today, but guess not anymore.

"Wanna do something today?" He asks, almost reading my mind.

"Do I have to drive?" I look over at him, purposefully teasing him.

"Do you see any car in the driveway?" He asks sarcastically and I just laugh.

"Yeah, there's a white jeep out there," I sheepishly smile at him, hoping he'll get the hint.

One eyebrow raised, "do you really want me driving your car."

"On second thought, I'll drive," I laugh, standing up and heading towards the door.

"Do I have to put clothes on," he groans, standing up and starting to make his way to his room.

"You don't have to. I mean you could probably get us some free ice cream from yogurt land," he laughs, slightly blushing because he thinks the girls that work there are hot.

He throws on a plain navy blue shirt over his head, and puts on some sandals. He can dress so lazy yet still look good. Can I be a guy too?

"So where are we going?" He asks as we load up into my car.

"Um, wanna go Halloween shopping? I mean it is next week," I suggest, and his face lights up at the suggestion.

On our way to the Halloween shop, we stop by Starbucks and grab some drinks, but sadly Calum tripped and knocked both of the drinks onto the ground.

"I think you reached a whole new level of clumsy," I laugh as we enter into the cluttered store. Aisles upon aisles of costumes were lined up inside the store. Decorations, like ghosts and witches, were hanging from the walls and fake trees inside. It smelled like pumpkin in here, and the jack-o-lanterns were nicely carved. It screamed Halloween and it made me excited.

"It's not my fault you were walking right in front of me," he protests, but stops and awes at the massive store.

"This is gonna be fun," he smirks at me, grabbing my wrist and pulling me down one of the aisles.

"We should be this one," I hear him call from behind me. I turn around to see him holding a partner costume. The guy is the plug and the girl in the socket.

"I'm walking away now," I actually turn around and start walking down the aisle, but I can hear his contagious laugh from right behind me.

I continued to browse down the aisle, looking at the array of costumes. It sucks though because half of them were very.. revealing costumes. The other half just weren't flattering at all.
