Chapter II: The Dream

Dante looked up to see nothing but the night sky. He sat up wondering how he got outside, and where he was exactly. He stepped out of the bed and felt the cold but soothing snow on his bare feet. He looked around and noticed a figure in the distance. He walked twords it. He than began to notice that the figure was hooded and all could be seen was its mouth glaring with a small grin.

As Dante got closer the figure seemed to be moving away. Dante kept following it, hoping it would lead him some place. And than another figure showed up in the distance next to the first one. It was a girl by the looks of it. She started to walk with the hooded figure as Dante kept getting closer and closer.

Dante tried to say something but the words couldn't come out. But if they did it wouldve been heard as a quiet call for the figures to wait. But they didnt. They kept walking away as Dante trudged through the some reason getting deeper snow.

Soon enough Dante was chest deep in snow. He felt a cold chill run up his body into his head. The place he was at started to darken. Not as brightness but as fear. The figures were gone now and a blizzard started roaring in Dantes face. It felt like glass was cutting at his face. It felt as it did. Dante started to be ripped apart by this monsterous blizzard. He tried to scream but to no avail. He felt the hell storm shred his face apart as he kept walking in the now knee height snow. He fell to the ground in pain and watched as the blood fell from his nose. But he kept on going.

Dante than started to faintly see the figures again. This time they were holding hands and facing each other. Though Dante couldnt see their faces entirely, he could see the smiles they had on their faces. Dante kept trying to yell at them for help over, and over again. But nothing was heard. Dante than fell to the cold ground, and woke up.
