PROLOGUE

“Finding a Perfect love? There is no perfect love; the only thing to make it perfect is to be satisfied with one.”

Hi! Ako nga pala si Victoria Angela Tejeros, 17 years young & single but heart is taken. My friends call me ‘Iya. I’m taking up Journalism and it is my second year as a college student dito sa Crown State University. I’m also a literary writer of ‘The Flames Insider’. I love writing poems ever since I couldn’t remember. Going back, yeah, naniniwala ako na finding perfect love is within the contentment of two persons involved in a relationship, kasi ako, satisfied na talaga ako sa isa ever since, actually, hindi ko pa nararanasan ang mapasok sa isang relasyon pero all I know is sa isang natatanging lalaki ko lang handang ialay ang puso ko, at iyun ay si Justin Alexander Benedict Guttierez, but I call him BAJ, secretly. Siya ang team captain ng Varsity ng Basketball sa CSU. I used to write poems inspired by love and him; I don’t care kung hindi niya nababasa ang mga tulang ginagawa ko para sa kanya. pero sana diba? Who knows? Malay natin? haha But the only thing that matters to me now is mai-express ko yung feelings ko in that simple way.

Aside from my biggest crush, marami na rin akong mga bagong kaibigan, and may mga best friends na din akong maituturing, yun ay sina Denisse, Celine, Yumi at ang bunso naming si Keira. I met Yumi and Keira sa School paper ng CSU, mabait at thoughtful sila pareho, and nakilala ko naman si Denisse sa Community service club kung saan every Friday kaming nagkakasama, while Celine, she’s really nice and maganda I don’t really know anything pa about her but I think super like siya ng Kuya ko, and I’m glad to know na the three of them—Denisse, Celine, and Yumi are great friends na bago ko pa sila makilala, kaya ayun kami ni Keirra ang Newbies ng barkada and I really enjoy their company.

Ngayon, ako naman ang magsha-share sa inyo ng aking love story at kung paano ko ba makukuha ang aking so-called happy ending.
