Third person's POV

"Omg he did what?!"

"..He asked me out...?"

Ariel and Laila glanced at each other,shrugged and each of their faces slowly turned red.Ina inwardly sighed. 'And here we go...' Ariel's face colour was starting to turn like her hair. Laila started giggling.Ina couldn't help but smile.Their happiness was just to contagious.Before long, the three friends started to squeal and hug each other before they jumped around.

Alex, who was nearby, had heard the conversation. And he could feel two things.One, happiness; Ina the Shy got on a date.Finally. Two, protectiveness; he knew that she had been hurt before in the hometown,but he didn't knew how it really affected her.Alex knew what he had to do.Time for a talk.

"Hey bud, what's up?" Hayley walked up to him and glanced up to the big guy.

"Someone's got a date." Alex sang.

"Who?You? Who's the unlucky girl?" Hayley smirked

"Not me,dumbass.Ina." He snickered, "But there only one problem."

"Ohhh...It's Mateo, isn't it? What is it now? Another poor unlucky soul who got beat? Another broken hearted who though she had a chance? Who was it?"

"Sigh...No hay-hay.Ina going to go with Mateo on a date." Alex sighed. 'This girl...'

Hayley's mouth made an 'O' shaped. "...Is that why your face is red and you look like you're shitting yourself?And the other three girls whom I call friends look like.....red m&m chocolate over there?"

Once again,Alex sighed but this time he kept a small smile on his face. "Yes,Hay-Hay.That's why..."

Alex and Hayley walked over to their red-but-still-fangirling friends.They were just in time to hear Ina saying something about asking her parents and asking them.

"What's up,red earthlings?" Hayley greeted and held up a complicated greeting sign.

"What's up, horse food." Laila greeted back.

Hayley giggled and said, "That's me.."

The group of friends began to crack up. "Okok so...we've heard." Alex wiggled his eyebrows suggestively.

"Yea....I have to ask my parents though.." Ina blushed. "Do you guys kn- "

Just then the bell rang. Three minutes left to go to class. "Oh shoot, we gotta go..Mr K. don't like it when we're late.And we're still here." Alex grabbed Laila and started to sprint in the opposite direction.

"Ms Primrose! Get in here now!"

Ariel slowly turned around. "Yes Mrs Turner." She sighed and waved to both Hayley and Ina before dragging herself to the teacher.

"Gotta go, Shy One." Hayley waved and slid down the nearby banister.

"Hey wait! Does anybody know Mateo's number?!"

"Young lady, stop yelling and get to class now." Mrs Turner chided.

"Y-yes ma'am." Ina sighed. 'Guess I have to ask him myself then ...'
