Chapter 12

Ina closed her bedroom door and went to her bed.As she laid down,she thought about what her friends and her sister had said.She had wanted to take her friends' advice..but she also wanted to take her sister's advice.She thought and thought.Her eyes grew heavy and she fell asleep.Ina woke up to the sound of her alarm clocking ringing.She sat up and rubbed her eyes.She went to the bathroom,striped and entered the warm shower.She got out fifteen minutes later and quickly got dressed.On her way to school,she again thought about the advice that was given to her.

"'Sup baby girl!"Alex set down his tray.It was lunch time and Ina was the first to be seated on their table.

"Hey.."Ina smiled.It was always good to be around Alex.

He was like a big brother she never had.Soon after that,their friends had joined them.Laila and Hayley had told them about her crush with her permission,of course.She could feel her ears going red and she could feel the stares from her friends.

"Then we both hugged her and walked home."

They continued talking about Mateo.Laila and Hayley went against Mateo while Alex and Ariel defended Mateo.At least it seemed like it.As for Ina,she didn't know what to think.The bell rang,signalling it was time to head back to class.

"Wanna meet up later after school?"Alex suggested

The rest nodded and replied with 'yes' and 'yea,sure'

"Okay class,you're going to finish up the last of your art pieces and hand them to me by the end of this lesson.Alright?"said the art teacher

Heads nodded and the teacher,satisfied,let her class begin.Ina added shadows to her drawing.She almost finished her drawing.Almost.Just a few more details and she was done.Ariel,who had sat beside her during their classes together,leaned towards her friend's drawing.Ariel nodded approvingly.

"Nice drawing,love."She complimented

Ina nodded her thanks,her focus not leaving her drawing.50 minutes later,she stood up and stretched.Ariel copied her movements.

"Wadda' think?"

"Excellent!Beautiful!Marvelous!"said Ina.

"Heh..thanks!Your not so bad yourself."

"Thanks,Ariel."Ina blushed

"Okay class!Time to hand in your drawings."Mrs Kelly announced.

Students walked up and gave in their own,unique masterpieces.Mrs Kelly thanked her students as they placed their work on her table.Every now and then,she even complimented them

"Thank you,Peter..Thanks...Thank you,Ariel..Nice colouring there,Amanda...Thank you,Em...."

Ariel looped her arms with Ina."Falafel Phil?"

The friends met at Falafel Phil,a place where it is somewhere similar to MacDonald.And now,they each had already settled down with their own food,except for Ina,that is.She hadn't ordered anything because Mateo and his friends were there.And she didn't want to embarrass herself in front of him.But of course,her friends had to pursuade her.Not wanting to upset her friends,Ina got up and bought a drink.As she was walking back towards her friends,she bumped into someone.And spilled her drink.On to that person.

"Oh no!I-I...I'm sorry...so sorry..I didn't mean.."

Ina trailed off.She looked up and gulped.'Good work,Ina.Great timing.Not.'

Hey!I'm really sorry,for the lack of updates.And early warning it's going to happen.And it happens,not only to me,but to others too so..Sorry..?Heheh..I sped up something in there to get the story a little bit interesting.Keyword:little.So uh...yea..that's all for now.
