Chapter 10

A few days had past since the kidnapping incident.Laila,Hayley and the rest were able to move on from it.Ina tried to.She really did.But,it was stuck in her mind.The first night alone,her thoughts had run wild.'What if Ariel and Mateo didn't arrived in time?What if he got away?If he did..Would I be in huge trouble?'Her thought ran on and on.She somehow managed to stop them when they got way way too far.

Mateo had ignored them and moved on with his life as if the incident itself never happened.Ina tried to smile at him a few times everytime he pass by but,he would at her confused or stare past her.As if she was invisible.No longer there.A ghost.A part of her had somehow,in someway,expect this,thinking that he was a player, a badboy..Of course he would act that way.That was the way it runs around here.The other part of her had been dissapointed,thinking what they had went through the other night was special,or at least,something.

Ina sighed and shut her locker.At least it was almost the end of school.After that,she could rest and relax.It has been a while since she'd done that..It would be nice.She smiled to herself and walked to her next class.She sat down in class and waited for the teacher to walk in the class.It seemed forever until the final bell rang.The student ran out of the class door, towards freedom.Greeting the teacher,Ina walked out of class.Once arrived home,she greeted her parents and kissed her younger sister.

"Yuck!Sticky kiss!"Her sister said,wiping the kiss on her cheek.

Ina rolled her eyes playfully.Her sister has always been like since she was a child.It was a habit that she taught herself.Ina ran up the stairs up to her room.She laid on her bed,doing her homework.She wanted so badly to just lay down her body and sleep.But she knew she wouldn't finish her homework in time.She flitted through her work and took out her own personal revision book.She wanted to push herself.She had promise her family she would.Again,she breezed through.When she was finally finished Ina put her book aside and closed her eyes.

Almost three hours later,Ina woke up and took a long,warm and relaxing shower.She never felt so good during the whole three weeks.Ina picked up her home clothes and put them on.Her phone vibrated.It was from Hayley.

**** Hayley

Babe!Laila and I thought you could use some kind of girl talk or something..Can we come over or you wanna meet somewhere?

Ina thought about it and replied her.She asked her parents and they just nodded their heads and waved her away.

**** To:Hayley

Sure!Uhm..my house?But you guys gotta go by 9.If that's ok?

Hayley replied with a 'yes'.In 15 minutes,the doorbell rang.It was already 6 in the evening.Ina quickly ushered them to her room before her sister could see them.'I don't wanna have to see their faces laughing after she tells them "stories"'

They talked and did hair and gave advice.Just like a sleep over.Only the other two girl didn't sleep over.

"Ok..enough about us.Who do you like,Ina?"Hayley asked

"Me?"

"Yea well...Do you find anyone cute?Or just to die for?"Laila continued

"Uhm..well..there is this guy.."

"And..?"

"Well..He is..well-known.."

"Cut the chase,Ina.Tell us more!"

Ina murmured a apology and continued,"Well..he's well-known.And is in our school.He's so..different and so frustrating to..to understand I guess.He's so..Well..I guess he's.."

"Hot?To die for?"Laila suggested

"Handsome?"Hayley commented

"He's quite good-looking."Ina said,her cheeks turning pink.

"Awwhhh..he's sounds like a great guy!Do we know him or something?"

"Well..he's not that great..From what I can tell..But who am I to judge..right?And yea..you guys..sort of know him.."She said,pushing her glasses up.

"Oooo..Is it Alex?No?John?Peter?Adam?"Laila guessed

"No,of course not.No,no and..no."

"I know!It's..Paul? Or..Jacob!Eddie?"She suggested again.

Ina shook her head to every one of her guesses.Hayley whispered into Laila's ear.

"No way!What?!Are you- .. Are you sure?"

"Ask away!"

"Is it..Mateo?"

Ina felt her ears turn red and knew she couldn't deny even though she wanted to.She nodded.

"Oh my.."
