4. Staying with the boys

It had been about a month since Kirstie decided to stay with the boys. She told Jeremy that she didn't want anything to do with him anymore and that they should break up. The whole process didn't go so smooth and involved a lot of yelling and crying, but Kirstie managed to pack her stuff and move out. She had surprisingly gotten over Jeremy very quickly and was acting like her normal self again. Every now and then the boys would check with her to see if she needed anything and let her cuddle with them whenever she needed it. Pentatonix had also been doing very well. They just released their new video and it had blown up in just one day. Tour was starting to slow down and they had more time at home. Kirstie and Avi had become closer since the break up and acted like inseparable best friends. Mitch being Mitch was a little suspicious as to why they spent so much time together now but Scott assured him it was probably nothing. That didn't stop Mitch from being curious though. With all the success with Pentatonix and the ability to finally be home, Scott and Mitch decided to throw a party at their house with some of their closest friends.
*2 hours before the party*
"Hey Scott, you know how Kirstie has been spending so much time with Avi?"
"Mitch we've already talked about this, she's probably just trying to keep her mind away from Jeremy."
"Yeah but what if there's something more to that, I mean they like go on dates and stuff without the rest of us."
"They're not dates Mitch, just two friends hanging out together."
"Whatever you say Scott."
Mitch had a plan for the night that involved getting Kirstie very drunk and unable to think straight. He needed to know what she thought about Avi.
*Party Time*
"Hey Kirstie you need to come try this!" 
Mitch yelled from across the room over the music and the people. He wanted to start his plan.
"What is it Mitch?"
"Just try it, I made it myself."
He mixed some of the most alcoholic beverages they had and to his surprise it turned out pretty good. He was hoping Kirstie would end up liking it and wanting to drink more.
"Mitch this is really good. Did you make anymore?"
This was going smoother than Mitch thought it would.
"Yeah I made more, do you want the rest?"
"Yes, let me have it!"
"Woah slow down there Kirst haha."
She basically chugged the whole container and walked off to leave Mitch to think of where to take the next step of his plan to. Kirstie wondered off to the middle of the floor and started to dance. She didn't look very graceful because of how drunk she was getting. Mitch walked over to her and caught her just as she was about to fall.
"Owww, Mitchieeee."
"Why are you saying ow I just- oh never mind. Let's go sit down for a little bit shall we?"
"Suuuuure thing sweet checks..."
Mitch dragged a very drunk Kirstie over to the couch and sat her down. Kirstie was a giggly drunk and laughed at almost everything you said. She also got very flirty.
"So Kirst, how's life going?"
"I am loooving life right now, I get to hang out with my best friends wheneeeever I want."
"You've really taken advantage of that haven't you, especially with Avi."
Kirstie perked up at the mention of his name. Lately they had been hanging out a lot together and did random friend stuff. She had always liked Avi but it was hard with her relationships. Mitch noticed Kirstie's eyes light up and thought his plan was going perfectly.
"Ohhh Yeah, Avi... I love to hang out with him..."
"Do you now?"
"Yeaaaah, you know he's got a reeeeaally sexy voice hehe, it makes me lose my mind."
"Wow Kirst I never knew you had a thing for Avi." (That was obviously a lie.) "Why don't you go see what he's up to."
"That is such a good idea Mitchiee, I'll go find him."
Mitch sat there and was satisfied with how that went. Kirstie was now making her way over to Avi who was also a little bit drunk but not as much as Kirstie. When Avi saw Kirstie walking over to him he greeted her with a 'hey Kit!' She absolutely loved when he called her that.
"Hey Avi... You're looking well tonight." *smooth Kirstie*
"Thanks sweets, do you wanna dance?"
"Of course I want toooo, I love dancing!"
Avi grabbed her hand and led her to where there was an open space. She put her hands on his shoulders and he put his on her hips as they started dancing to the beat.
Mitch noticed and walked straight over to Scott, tapping him on the shoulder and pointing over to the couple.
"See, I told you they had something going on... Look at the way they're holding each other... I bet you by the end of the night they'll be making out."
"Wow Mitch I feel like you want them to be together more than they want to be together."
"That's not true, you can just see how much they like each other."
"Maybe if you get them a little more drunk your fantasies will come true." Scott loved to tease Mitch, he always played match maker and always got so into it.
"That's smart Scott I'll do that."
Mitch announced that they were gonna play a drinking game and dragged Avi and Kirstie into playing. It was the game where you put a bunch of shots of different alcohol into a circle and spun a bottle. Which ever one it lands on, the person who spun it had to drink it. Most people left so it was just Pentatonix, Alex, Jake, Genevieve, Esther and Kate. The game started and Alex went first and took his shot, next was Kirstie, Avi, then Scott and so on. After 3 rounds of the game everyone decided it was time to stop since all of them were almost completely trashed. Kirstie and Avi went back to dancing but this time is was a little more heated. Kirstie grinded into Avi to the beat of the music and both were getting very turned on. Mitch decided to let this go its own way and not get involved. Five songs later both were pretty worn out and went over to sit on the couch. Avi sat down and was a little shocked when Kirstie sat right in his lap. His excitement level just increased and Kirstie felt it.
"Getting a little frisky are we... Hehe."
"You're the one who sat in my lap."
"What you don't want me to...?"
Kirstie slowly tried to get off his lap but he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her on top of him. She was now straddling him and could feel his excitement quiet well now. Kirstie stared into his eyes and just started to giggle. Avi loved hearing her laugh. It sounded like music to him. He couldn't help but think that she looked absolutely gorgeous at the moment. His hands found his way to her face and the next thing he knew, her lips were on his. This was the first kiss they had ever had and it felt magical to both of them. Kirstie was enjoying herself and decided to take the kiss a little further. She tugged at his bottom lip gently asking for more. Avi immediately responded with his tongue basically going down her throat earning a moan from Kirstie.
All the while this was going on everyone else was minding their own business and were talking amongst themselves. Scott got up to go to the bathroom but stopped shocked at the sight in from of him. Avi's hands were under Kirstie's shirt and were roughly rubbing her back while Kirstie tugged at Avi's hair. They were having an intense drunk out of their minds make out session. Scott walked back over to Mitch and casually pulled on his arm to take him to the scene.
"Holy shit... I told you."
