We have been flying for over an hour now. I stare out my window and see two whales down in the ocean.

"Klaus come see this! There are two whales down there." I said exited but he took his sweet time and we flew just passed them. "Way to take advantage of having superspeed." I said rolling my eyes.

He just chuckled and sat by me. "Do you want something to drink, love?" I turned to look at him.

"Do you have any blood?" I asked, I was starving. I hadn't fed in three days, I merely starved myself and would've if Klaus hadn't shown up, pus it was 2 A.M and I am tired. He nodded and told one of his hybrids to get me a blood bag. "So where are we going?" I asked curious.

"The most beautiful city in the world." I smiled and narrowed my eyes, taking a sip from the bag the hybrid brought me.

"Well, how would I know?" I asked playfully, he chuckled and turned his neck to his left to see the window.

"Parients love, we will be there soon enough."

"If you say so." And I went to sleep.

I can't tell how much time passed but I felt a pair of arm lift me and begin to carry me. At first I squirmed but then I smelled him, it was Klaus the one that was carrying me. He opened a set of double doors and walked in. I didn't open my eyes, but I could feel him slowly putting me in bed. After a moment I felt soft fabric on my shoulders and wrap me in warmth, but not the kind I felt with Klaus. I listened and just before he exited the room I called out,

"Klaus?" My eyes were stilled closed but I could tell he turned around.

"Yes, love?"

"Will you stay here for a moment?" Those words slipped out undecided. I meant to say Thank you, but why has I asked him to stay? I finally opened my eyes to a smiling Klaus.

"Of course." He said and began to walk in my direction. I don't regret calling Klaus over. He sat on the edge of the bed, and once again the moon now managing to hit him perfectly. I smiled at the view of his eyes. The moon made a wonderful job of making him look like an innocent human, than a massacring hybrid. "Like what you see, love?" He asked smiling back. I blushed and took my eyes off of him.

"You can get closer I won't bite." I say playfully. And for the first time on the long flight, I heard him laugh. Not smile, not chuckle, laugh. "What don't you trust me?" I said mockingly. He laughed again.

"No it's just, your the one that should be afraid." He said as he got into the middle of the bed, still sitting. My smile faded a little when he said this.

"I have no reason to be afraid. Your here aren't you?" I said and sat up with him and he gave me a tight squeeze.

"Always." And without thinking, I wrapped my arm in his, and leaned my head on him. He didn't say anything he just did the same. I listened to his steady heart while mine sped up, all the way until I couldn't stay awake. I fell asleep in Klaus's arms.
