The air in the White House was palpable. It was now consuming President Nixon. The violence of Vietnam was raging in the bloody jungles of Asia.

      The list was written by the late George T. Bell, (21 January 1913 – 4 March 1973), and President Nixon's "Special Assistant", and Charles "Chuck" Wendell Colson, (October 16, 1931 – April 21, 2012).

Bell, who was a GE, (General Electric) employee. He also worked for an engineering research company called "Geonautics, Inc".

       By 1973, he passed away aged 60 due to illness.

According to The White House Counsel memorandum, (backed by the IRS), (Internal Revenue Service), and Nixon, Colson, and Bell originated the list to quote, "Screw their enemies", unquote. And, as a result, sent the President into a three or so year agenda to ruin people who he hated.

This is the list of names:

~Arnold M. Picker, (29 September 1913—11 October 1989)-a Jewish film mogul for United Artists; the National Center for Jewish Film, (located at Brandeis University), and specialising in Yiddish-language cinema); and the Holocaust Documentation and Education Centre, (in Florida); Picker worked for Rumford, Maine Secretary of State Democrat Edmund Sixtus "Ed" Muskie, (March 28, 1914 – March 26, 1996); Muskie also fundraised for Democrat Henry Martin "Scoop" Jackson (May 31, 1912 – September 1, 1983);

~Democrat Alexander E. Barkan, (August 9, 1909 – October 18, 1990)-the head of COPE, (1963); Barkan was on USS Alabama, and the AFL-CIO Assistant Director;

~University Professor and Pulitzer Prize journalist Edwin O. Guthman, (August 11, 1919 – August 31, 2008), for the Seattle Star (1941–1947); as well as  The Seattle Times, (1947–1961); Guthman worked for RFK's Press Secretary and cleared Washington Professor Melvin Rader who was accused on Communist activities; Guthman wasn't anti-American, and he was a patriot;

~Advertising guru Maxwell "Mac" Dane, (June 7, 1906 – August 8, 2004). Dane, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, worked for the Advertising manager as a "Male secretary" at the famous Stern Brothers, (in Manhattan); Dane got a promotion as "Retail Manager for the New York Evening Post; Dane was also the promotion Manager for  Look magazine, the iconic fashion brand.

      Dane,  James Edwin "Ned" Doyle, (October 23, 1902 – March 5, 1989), and William (Bill) Bernbach, (August 13, 1911, New York City - October 2, 1982, New York City), founded "DDB" advertising. Dane did various jobs in the 1940's. Lastly, Dane was infamous for his quote, "Negative political campaign" against Arizona Republican Barry Morris Goldwater in 1964, (which ended his career).

~Charlie Henry Dyson, (August 2, 1909 – March 14, 1997), a Price Waterhouse accountant who worked there during the US Prohibition era of the 1930's; Dyson was a philanthropist and donated a lot of money to businesses-he founded the Dyson Kissner-Moran Corporation, (1954); as well as the Dyson Foundation, (1957);

~Howard Mathew Stein, (October 6, 1926 – July 26, 2011), a financier. Stein featured on TIME  magazine: The date:  August 24, 1970;
