ALL THE PRESIDENT'S BURGLARS; 1972-3

I

James W. McCord, Jr., (July 26, 1924-), a native of  Waurika, Oklahoma, was educated at George Washington University; and  Baylor University. Noone knows much about McCord's background. But, when he was older, McCord became interested in electronics and surveillance.

And then he joined the CIA, (Central Intelligence Agency). And, because of the US Federal job, he was hired by CRP people to break into the Democratic National Committee Office. McCord, Jr., also worked for CIA's rival intelligence agency the FBI, (The Federal Bureau of Investigation), led by cross dressing head J. Edgar Hoover.

II

Before his political role, McCord, Jr., was a  U.S. Air Force Reserves, (Lieutenant Colonel); and the Langley Headquarters Head of Security.

III

After the May 28, 1972 "break in", nothing was taken. President Nixon was in The White House. Liddy wanted documents pertaining to quote, "Dirt on Senator McGovern", unquote. "Take the photos, Euginio", he told his friend. Eugenio Rolando Martinez, (who alias was "Musculito"), had the previous year, in September 1971, with Barker and E. Howard Hunt, illegally entered the Office of Doctor Lewis J. Fielding.

*Fielding, who was a Psychiatrist,  worked for  Daniel Ellsberg,  (April 7, 1931-), the United States Department of Defence State Department analyst*. Ellsberg was famous for releasing "The Pentagon Papers", and worked for the RAND Corporation.

IV

The motive for the first burglary was that, Hunt, quote, "Had information that the Cuban Government was supplying funds to the Democratic Party", unquote. And that was the reason to break into the office.

A decade earlier, when assassinated 35th President JFK raised Fidel's anger in 1962, by invading his country, which was called "The Cuban Missile Crisis", Nixon, wanted out of Cuba. He wanted to take care of Vietnam, civil rights, and his own power trip to get to into The White House. Nixon wasn't glad that JFK, RFK, Malcolm X, and The Reverent Martin Luther King, Jr., were all assassinated in the early to mid 1960's. Nixon had had other nefarious methods of killing his enemies off.

V

Eugenio, Barker, McCord, Frank Anthony Sturgis, (Frank Angelo Fiorini), (December 9, 1924 – December 4, 1993), and Virgilio Gonzalez, then broke into the  Democratic National Committee, (DNC) Watergate complex: The date was: June 17, 1972.

VI

Once the break-in happened, Frank Wills, 24, a night-time security guard at the Watergate Building, found evidence of tape on one of the offices. Frowning, he also noticed wire coming from the door to part of the building.

And, as he walked closer, he heard footsteps...and voices.

       "HEY! HALT!", Wills yelled.

And then all hell broke loose, as the Watergate burglars fled...and disappeared before they could be caught.
