A Little Fairytale (Part Two)

(A/N: I do not own any of the Percy Jackson characters. Or Cinderella 2015 version. This part is heavily based on the Cinderella 2015 version. I don't own that either. Enjoy!!!

"Hey Perseus!" Jason exclaimed open seeing his friend. All of the other princes and princesses were waiting and they looked at Perseus expectantly. "Where were you?"

Perseus was walking with a stupid smile on his face.

"I was showing a girl to the guard's headquarters." Perseus said.

"Who was she?" Thalia asked.

"Her name was Annabeth."

"That's a beautiful name," Piper said.

"What was she like?" Tyson asked as they all sat down. Jason sat next to Piper and their hands were almost touching. Perseus noted this and saw that Clarissa had seen this action as well. Tyson had moved to be next to his brother.

"She was polite and she was so kind."

"What did she look like?" Franklin asked.

Perseus answered anything and everything his friends asked to the best of his abilities. When he told them that the beautiful girl he was just talking to was a commoner, they all freaked.

"WHAT?!" most of them shrieked, all except Tyson, Katherine, Piper, Leo, and Malcolm.

"That means that you can't marry her!" Katherine exclaimed.

"He can marry this Annabeth, it's just that she wold never be a true queen." Malcolm said, using reason and logic to calm Katherine down.

"Hey, hey, hey!" Leo exclaimed, catching everyone's attention. "It's not the worst thing that this girl is a commoner!"

"That's because your Calypso is a commoner." Piper commented, smirking. Leo's face turned red.

"Piper!" He exclaimed.

"I need the scoop. Now!" Bianca exclaimed. Hazel nodded eagerly.

Leo sighed and glared at his sister who feigned innocence.

"I was out in town, disguised as a commoner to check up on the kingdom. There was a girl that I met. She had blonde hair that curled a bit. She had the most beautiful cocoa brown eyes and she wore a white chiton and brown sandals. She and I got to know each other and soon I was out of the palace every single day. We told each other everything and when I told her that I was the prince, she didn't care. I don't know what we are now, but we're more than friends. I think." Leo explained.

"How long ago was this?" Nico asked.

"A week after last year's festival?" Leo replied, scratching the back of his neck.

"Will she be coming to the festival?" Clarissa asked.

"Of course! Why? Do you want to meet her?"

"Of course!" Hazel and Franklin exclaimed at once.

"Will Annabeth be coming to the festival?" Tyson asked Perseus. Perseus looked down at his brother and smiled. Perseus bopped Tyson's nose and said, "Yes, she will be."

Once everyone was happy with the answers that they had received, they all got up and began to go and play in the gardens once more.

It was the day of the festival. Annabeth had just been to the seamstress to fetch the suits and the dress for her stepfamily. The night before, Annabeth had chosen the dress that she wanted to wear tonight. There was no way that Helena could refuse Annabeth's wish to go to the festival. It would be an insult to Hestia's name.
