(A/N: Hey guys! Long time no see, huh? I'm so sorry that I haven't been on here in a forever. I've been really busy and there was a bunch of social drama that was stressing me out. I'm so sorry that I haven't been a responsible author and updating as much as I should have. I've been working on my own stories as well and I haven't had any time to think of new scenarios for Percabeth.

As for the success of this series, it has been amazing to see how popular this series has gotten. As of this moment, there is 7.71 thousand reads on this story. That is insane!!! I've always dreamed of success, but never have I ever thought I would get it this quickly. Thank you for the insane amount of views and support you guys have given me throughout this journey. And my gratitude will be shown through this story. Please enjoy this chapter. I don't know if it will be my last for this series for sure, but for now, I think it is time for this series to come to a close. I'm sad that it has to end, but it's for the best. Percabeth will always be one of my favorite ships, but it's time for this amazing journey to end and for a new one to begin.

With that being said, here is the last Percabeth oneshot of this series. I don't own any of the characters. Set after all of the events up until the Trials of Apollo.)

I, Annabeth Chase, had survived many ordeals in my life. I ran away from home when I was seven, killed mythical monsters, almost died on multiple accounts, and survived the fiery pits of Tartarus. I had to deal with everyone who doubted my very first love and to struggle with my feelings for my true love while fighting a war that held the fate of the world in its outcome. I had found the Athena Parthenos to save the Roman and Greek demigods from committing mass homicide and to unite them against the force of Gaea. I had fought an Alexandrian god, met a girl named Sadie, and we both defeated him. And to top it all off, I was the daughter of a goddess. Not just any goddess though, mind you; my mother was Athena, goddess of defensive warfare, crafts, and wisdom. So I had a lot to live up to.

But right at this moment, the biggest ordeal that blew all of those out of the water was my boyfriend, Perseus Jackson.

"Annabeth, it's gonna hurt! I don't want to do it!" Percy whined.

I sighed, smacked my head with my free hand, and dragged it down my face.

"Percy, it wouldn't hurt so much if you kept on squirming! I swear, you're acting as if your collarbone was shattered." I huffed in annoyance. And now, what was my boyfriend whining about you might be asking? Well, it went like this. Percy was climbing some trees to retrieve a Frisbee for a little boy and his friends on his way back from college in New Rome and he came back home, whining and moaning about a-wait for it- A SPLINTER! You would think he could man up and deal with this, right? Nope, he was currently whining and moaning and pouting like a baby. It would have been okay if he was ten or even five, but this guy was twenty-one years old!

Oh, gods above, save me.

Percy was pushed up against the farthest end of the couch, clutching the hand that had the splinter in it to his chest and looking at me with wide eyes and the most adorable pout I have ever seen. But now was not the time for adorableness. Now was the time for getting that damned splinter out of his hand or so Apollo help me.

I slowly inhaled and exhaled to let the pent up annoyance out. And I started again with a new approach. I lowered my hand that was holding the tweezers and I sat up straighter.

"Percy, if that splinter doesn't get out, it'll hurt more if it stays in your hand." I told him calmly. Percy considered this for a moment and his clutched hand was lowering from his chest and I almost leapt for joy. His hand stopped and he brought it back to his chest. I had to use all of the willpower in the world to keep from screaming at the top of my lungs. I waited several moments for the anger to seep out of my bones. I was ready to get up and leave when he said, "Will you kiss it and make it better once you're done?"

I stared at him, trying to dechiper the emotion in his eyes. When I concluded that he was being serious, I sighed once more, "Yes, I'll kiss it and make it better after I pull the splinter out."

"Swear on the River Styx?"

"I swear on the River Styx."

Percy lowered his hand and it laid in his lap. I got up and sat next to him and placed it, palm facing up. In the middle of his palm was a tiny splinter. I raised the tweezers and I looked him in the eyes and said, "This may hurt a little bit, but it will all be better when I get this thing out, okay?"

Percy nodded. I focused my gaze to his hand and I pulled the splinter out with one tug.

"See?" I asked. "It's all better now."

"Kiss it and make it better?" Percy asked me with the cutest puppy dog eyes. "You promised, remember?"

I laughed, "Yes, I do."

I placed a fluttering kiss on his palm. "There, all better?"

Percy's face split into a huge grin. "Yep!"

I rolled my eyes, but the smile on my face betrayed what I was feeling. Percy wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. He kissed the top of my head and whispered, "Thank you."

"You're welcome." I whispered.

"What do you want for dinner?" He asked suddenly.

"Hmm... spaghetti?"

"We had spaghetti yesterday."

"Yeah, but I want spaghetti today too."

It was Percy's turn to sigh. "Okay, I'll make you spaghetti. You just stay here and rest."

I grinned. "Okay."

"Besides, you deserve it after I tricked you into babying me." Percy left the room with a smirk and a wink.

It took a moment for that to sink in.

"PERSEUS JACKSON!"
