#122- You/He Wants/Gets A Divorce

Ashton: He sat across from you at the final instalment to finalise your divorce after four years of being married. You would rather be anywhere else that here doing this. Ashton came home one day and just handed you the papers like it was the daily newspaper. "I really hope you're happy, you ass." You told him from across the table. He sighed and looked at you, sending daggers through you. "Y/N, please, be professional here." He said and folded his hands. That sent you off the railing. "Be professional?! You gave me these papers out of the blue with no explanation and I bet you still don't have one! You just didn't think that this relationship would last while you were on tour... you figured either I would cheat or you would! 'Irreconcilable differences' Ashton? That's bullshit and you know it. I loved you. Through it all! I was willing to drop everything for you, a-and you throw this on me?! I stood by your side when my parents didn't want me to be with you." You spat at him. "Well maybe you should've listened to them." He murmured thinking you couldn't hear him. It broke your heart even more. You snatched a pen from your Lawyer and signed the paper, throwing the pen back at Ashton. "You're being childish!" He finally broke and yelled at you. You turned to his and walked directly towards him, allowing no room in between you two. "You know what Ashton, yes. I'm being childish. I'm being a baby, I'm being a brat, a bitch, annoying, and anything else you're probably calling me in your head. But, that's only because my parents taught me to fight for what I wanted, even if it didn't want me back. So to have you say that you basically don't love me anymore. I don't fucking know how to react towards it but throw a fit. Because I know that I wasted two years of marriage and two years of being with you before marriage to know that you'd want to get a divorce. I really hope you're proud of yourself. Making a girl cry and all. A girl that LOVED you." You spat at him and set the ring he brought you on the table. "I'm picking up my things tomorrow. Keep all of the shit you gave me. I don't want any of it." You're voice quivered as you walked out slamming the door, leaving Ashton speechless and regretting everything he just did.

Luke: You wanted it, he didn't. You were going to allow him to keep your daughter Nirvana, Monday through Wednesday, you'd kept her Thursday through Saturday, and the both of you to do something together with her on Sunday. You just couldn't take anymore of the arguing. She was in the back sleeping while you and Luke talked about the new schedule that you would have to set up when the divorce becomes final. You explained things to him and he just nodded his head unenthusiastic-ally. "Luke, you're not even listening." You sighed and looked to him. He looked down at the paper and rolled his eyes. "Why should I?" He said and stood up. "Because this is the way you'll be able to see our daughter when this becomes final!" You said and pointed to the paper. "I should get to see her everyday of her life, Y/N. Not on a damn scheduled day." He sighed. "She's my daughter too. I deserve a say! I deserve a say in all of this!" He said now yelling. "Luke! Hush! Nirvana is sleeping." You glared at him. He took a step towards you. "A few stupid arguments is now gonna determine when I can see my baby girl and wif- ex wife." He shook his head. He looked to you and your stomach causing you to tense up. "Remember how happy we were when she was in there? How perfect our life was?" He asked you and you quickly moved you hand. You were keeping a bigger secret from Luke before. You were pregnant again with his child. You were getting close to two weeks but you covered the ever so slowly growing bump with long and baggy shirts. Nirvana was only four, so she would have no clue about what could be going on with you right now. You didn't want Luke to know because you wanted to keep everything private now. "Things change. People change." You tell him and shake your head. "So we get a divorce Y/N? It's not worth getting a divorce over. We have a child. And we love each other." He sighed. "But if it makes you happier, fine." He nodded his head. You knew you wouldn't be happy, but you couldn't say no now. "Mummy? Daddy?" Nirvana walked from out of her room rubbing her eyes. She looked so much like Luke. His hair, eyes, and smile, with your skin. "Baby girl, why arent you sleeping?" Luke asked and picked her up to sit on his lap. "I had to potty, and I found this by the flusher thingy." She yawned and held out a stick showing two pink lines. You eyes widened as Luke's did and took it from her hands. "Go back to your room Vana, Mummy will come put you back to sleep alright?" You smile and kissed her cheek as she ran back off. You looked to Luke toying the pregnancy test in his hand. "I already know it's mine. How far along are you?" He asked quietly. "Close to two weeks." You sighed and ran your fingers through your hair, letting tears escape. He bent down in front of you and moved your hair back. "I wan't you to know, there's absolutely no fucking way you can tell me to leave now." He kissed your forehead sweetly and tore the divorce papers into four thick squares. "I'm staying and we're gonna raise our kids together. We're gonna go to couples counseling and work everything out, boo. I love you." He said and hugged you tight. "I love you, too." You said through the tears.

Michael: You both knew it was coming, and you knew it should've been nothing but friendship between you two from the start. You got married to show everyone that you could do it, when really, both of you were still trying to understand each other and marriage came with a bigger cost than the dress and the cakes, rings, and honeymoon. "We're gonna be okay after this still, right?" You asked Michael as the both of you held hands to see your lawyer. He smiled weakly at you. "Of course. We just rushed into things a bit babe. We both knew it." He said as he rubbed his thumb in circles across your hand, occasionally bumping the ring on your finger. "T-then what are we going to do after this?" You asked as the tears welled up in your eyes as the both of you reached the lawyers office. "We're still going to be together baby. Just take things slower. We were too...excited. We got married after only dating for three months. We didn't think much of it though. I love you; you know that. I just think we're not ready for this big step yet." He smiled and kissed you. "So when we go home, we can go back to cuddling and everything right? And not have those serious talks like we did three weeks ago?" You smiled lightly. "Of course. But when the both of us are really ready for marriage, it's going to be our only marriage." He laughed. "I bet our lawyer is gonna be pretty pissed about this. It's kinda crazy." You giggled. "Kind of?" He laughed and took your hand as you walked inside to explain everything to your lawyers. They looked at the both of you like you were mad. "So why get a divorce if you're still going to be together?" Your lawyer asked. "It's taking more pressure off of the both of us until we're both ready. For sure." Michael said and squeezed your hand under the table. They sighed and nodded their heads to file the paperwork. You two kept the divorce private only for close friends and family to know.

Calum: You signed the final paper and saw your lawyer stamp it. It was over. You were no longer Mrs. Y/N Hood. It was all Calum's fault - these rumours were just too much for you too handle. You were just about to leave when the door opened and Calum walked in with his lawyer.
"Hurry up," Calum snaps at his lawyer. He turned and looked at you for a long time before looking down. "What do I need to sign?" He sighed.
You kept your head down and walked ahead, on the brink of tears.

I'm sorry that Calum's one is short, I ran out of ideas and instead of doing it in 2 parts of he and you and I did it all together, hope you like it!
