Chapter 8: Dreaming of You

John had given Amy the best surprise ever, they had just started dating, she didn't think he would do something like this for her. Amy introduced him to her parents, they were really happy and impressed with him.

They danced, she placed her hands around his neck, "I love you, thank you, you really surprised me today."

"I'm glad you liked it, I wanted to do something big for you," he said and he kissed her.

They slow danced to "Shades of Love" by Empty Trash.

"I love this song, I always thought that my soulmate with dedicate this song to me," she told him.

"I'll remember that," he told Amy with a wink and a smile.

Everyone started leaving, it was the end of the party, everyone had a lot of fun. Amy loved seeing my family, she had not seen them in a while, her sister Nicolle, Alana, Arianna and her brother Michael. Her parents, they're proud of her and what she had done in the WWE and meeting a great guy like John. Amy never expected to have something like this. It's been one of the happiest days of her life.

John was getting ready for an appearance he had with Conan O'Brien tonight so Amy decided to stay in their hotel room. She could tell he didn't want to leave her alone especially on her birthday.

"You can't cancel at the last minute, you will look bad," she told him.

"I just don't want to leave my angel alone on her birthday, " he said.

"I'll be fine, I'll be here waiting for you love," she said with a smile. "I love you angel," he said and gave her a quick peck on the lips.

"I love you more baby," she responded.

"I'm going, i'll see you later," he said as he waved goodbye.

"I'll be the princess waiting for her prince charming to come back," she joked.

"Prince Charming will be counting the minutes until he sees his princess," he said making his way out.

Amy was watching the show, Conan was funny as usual, she always liked his show and John looked very handsome. He talked about the reality show they were going to start filming.

"So word on the street is that you're dating?" Conan asked.

John started laughing and he even blushed a little, "Yes, I'm dating WWE Diva Amy," he responded with a smile.

"Today is her birthday actually, she's watching from our hotel room. I love you baby, happy birthday!" John added.

"Happy birthday Amy," Conan said.

Amy was so tired that she started to doze off, all of the sudden, she started to think of a song, the lyrics just came to her mind. She jumped out of their bed and started writing it, "'Cause I'm dreaming of you tonight, 'til tomorrow, I'll be holding you tight and there's nowhere in the world I'd rather be than here in my room, dreaming about you and me," and just like that she fell asleep.

John opened the door to the hotel room and there he saw his angel asleep with a notebook by her side. He closed it and tucked her in, she looked so adorable asleep. John changed to something comfortable and went to bed beside her.

John woke up and he didn't feel Amy beside him, he freaked out, he didn't know why. He looked up and there she was in shorts and a tank top, making him coffee and breakfast.

"Good morning sunshine," she told him.

"Good morning beautiful, how did you sleep?" he asked her.

"Very good, I'm guessing I fell asleep and you tucked me in?" she asked.

"Yeah, you were asleep with the notebook beside you, I closed it and tucked you in beside me," he answered while he drank a bit of the coffee.

"Well, last night, after your appearance, I was falling asleep but a song came to me so I wrote it down but I think I fell asleep after I was done," she said cheerfully. "I'll sing it to you," she added.

"Wow, I love it," John told her.

John knew that even though she was a pro wrestler, in her heart, she missed singing and acting.

"Babe, why don't you record another album?" he aske.

"Ever since my last album, I haven't had anything happen to me to inspire my song writing," she answered. "This is the first song I've written since then and you inspired it," she added.

During the afternoon, they went to the gym to work out together. He trained Amy in the ring and she looked smokin' hot when she was wrestling. She stood up across from John, "Are you alright love?" she asked.

"Yeah, sorry, I was just daydreaming," he answered.

He cornered her by the turnbuckle, he removed her hair away from her face and stared at her, her beauty was different from most girls. He kissed her passionately, she held him by his neck.

"Wow," he told her. He still feel that spark.

"I love you," she said as she caught her breath.

"I love you too babe, a lot," he told her as they hugged.

Amy and John started getting ready for the show, she checked and John had a match against Dean Ambrose from The Shield. Amy had a match against AJ Lee for the #1 Contender spot for the Divas Championship. Amy went to catering to get them something to eat as John was getting interviewed for a backstage segment.

She saw someone behind her but she paid no attention, then she felt it closer. Amy looked to the side and it was Wade Barrett, she ignored him and kept going.

He ambushed her and pushed her to the wall, "Did you have sex already?" he yelled.

"What are you talking about Wade?," she asked while he choked her.

"I mean you and Cena, have you guys had sex yet?" he yelled again.

"That's none of your business Wade," Amy said even though she could barely speak.

"Hey, what's wrong with you Barrett?" John yelled at him.

John helped me Amy, Wade was crazy again. "Babe, are you okay?" John asked.

"Are you enjoying that piece of ass John?" Wade said as he was leaving.

"I'm fine John, thank you," Amy told him.

Wade made her furious, there was no way he was getting away with this.
