Chapter 5: New Chapter, New Life

John was still standing in his hotel room like an idiot. He knew he should have gone after her. He had no idea why he even asked Kelly for lunch when he clearly didn't have feelings for her. Kelly was just a co-worker, she couldn't compare to Amy in any way.

"Kelly, I'm sorry but there's something I have to do, it's urgent."

"Should we reschedule?"

"I don't know about that, I'm sorry."

"No, it's fine, John, good luck with whatever you have to do."

Just as Kelly left his hotel room, John called Amy and she picked up, "Hey, I'm sorry about what just happened, where are you? I have to tell you something important."

"I talked to Wade and he apologized, we broke up, I was just getting my things in his hotel room," she said. "I'll swing by your room, I'm almost done here."

A few minutes passed and there was a knock on the door and it was Amy, as soon as he saw her, he started to get nervous. He hugged her very tight and he kept his hands on her waist. He knew if he had told her his feelings towards her, she wouldn't have ended up dating Wade, he felt guilty that Wade put his hands on her.

He stared at her beautiful brown eyes, "I like you, I have since I first saw you backstage with the rest of the girls. Randy is the one that encouraged me to talk to you but I wish I had told you how I felt at the time. I like you a lot, I always have."

Seeing the smile on her face as he told her how he felt, gave him such a relief.

"Wow," she said. "I can't believe John Cena feels this way about me, never in a million years did I think this was going to happen to me."

He couldn't help but smile with her.

John looked at her and asked, "Do you mind if I kiss you? I've been wanting to."

He grabbed her by the neck and he kissed her. He felt an electricity, a spark around his body that he hadn't felt in a long time. That was the moment that he knew what it felt like to be in heaven and back. He didn't want the kiss to end but it was filled with love and passion.

"Wow," he said. That was the only word he could end up saying after that kiss. "Amy, will you give me the honor of traveling with me and being my girlfriend?"

"John, I like you a lot but I don't think you should be with me."

He was confused, he hoped it wasn't something bad, "Why is that?"

"I can't have pre-marital sex John, which means we can't have any kind of sex."

"I don't have a problem with that, if I have to wait to be with you then I will wait," he told her after he kissed her forehead. "Stay with me, we'll travel together. We can sleep in the same bed but I won't do anything that you don't want me to do."

"I'll be your girlfriend and I'll definitely travel with you from now, Mr. Cena."

Amy was shocked when he asked her to be his girlfriend, she assumed he wasn't going to like the fact that she couldn't have sex with him yet. Most guys she dated never wanted to wait and broke the relationship before anything happened. She was happy that he cared for her and he liked her. His kiss was amazing, she felt an electricity through her body and butterflies in her stomach, he made her feel different. She didn't know why she came back after he was about to have a date with Kelly but John was such a sweet and kind man, she decided to give him a chance to explain what had just happened.

"John, I just have a question."

"What's that?" he asked.

"How come you were about to go hang out with Kelly earlier?"
