Chapter 12: D- Generation X Reunites!

"Are you okay?"

"Are you hurt?"

There was a commotion in the autograph session, everyone running everywhere. Amy started to feel a pain she saw that she was the one who got shot.

"Baby, hold on, please!" John pleaded. Amy blacked out.

The paramedics took her, John is worried about her. He didn't want to lose her, she's the best thing that has ever happened to him in a long time.

"Are you family of Amy?" a paramedic asked.

"I'm her boyfriend, how is she?" John asked.

"The bullet just scratched her, she's fine, we were able to treat her here, no hospital needed," he stated.

"Can I see her?" John asked relieved knowing she was okay.

"Yeah, sure, come this way," he said leading him to Amy.

"Thank you," John responded.

"No problem," he answered.

John saw her, she had a bandage in her stomach area but she looked good.

"Hey, you," she greeted him with a smile.

"Hey princess, I thought I lost you there," he sighed as he hugged her.

Amy hopped off the ambulance, "I'm okay, they told me that I can still wrestle tonight."

"Babe, maybe you shouldn't," he told her.

"I want to," she interrupted. "Where did they take him?" she asked.

"He got arrested so he won't bother us anymore," John explained.

"Wow, what a day it's been already," she joked.

Amy smiled, she still had her sense of humor even under these circumstances.

Paul saw them backstage, "What happened? I hear there was an incident."

"Amy's stalked pulled a gun at the signing, they caught him and the bullet just scratched Amy but she's fine," John explained.

"You're not thinking of still wrestling tonight, are you?" Paul asked her.

"They cleared me so I'm wrestling and doing everything as we planned," she said.

"Only if you think you can do it, Amy, don't push yourself," Hunter said with concern in his voice.

"I can do it, trust me," she told him.

They leave Paul and start getting ready for the show tonight.

Amy wants this night to be memorable. John and Amy will be joining DX, one of her favorite stables. Her match against AJ Lee started, they didn't wrestle for long until Amy put her in the STF for the win.

"Here's your winner, Amy!" Lilian Garcia announced.

Amy's hand got raised in victory. AJ attacked her from behind, "Sierra, Hotel, India, Echo, Lima, Delta."

The crowd looked towards the audience as the Shield's music was going on and they made their way to the ring. As they're almost at ringside, John's music played and they looked like they're about to attack John until DX's music played. Shawn Michaels and Triple H made their way down to back up John against the Shield. Amy ended up beating AJ as John, Hunter and Shawn beat Dean, Seth and Roman. The Shield left with AJ by their side, all four of the DX members climbed up the turnbuckles to celebrate.

Triple H gets a microphone, "Let's welcome John Cena & Amy to D-Generation X!" he screamed.

At the turnbuckles, they made the X signal to celebrate that they're part of DX!

Everyone stood tall in the middle of the ring with their hands up in the air in victory. Now, everything was even against The Shield. Making their way up the ramp, they raised our hands once again as the fans cheered and the show ended. They all headed backstage to celebrate, it was a successful night after what had happened earlier.

John noticed Amy was holding the bandage, "Babe, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, it just hurt a bit now, but I'm good," she answered. "Don't worry," she cooed.

A camera guy came to ask them questions for the Backstage Fallout. "Amy! John! How do you guys feel now that you're part of DX?"

"It's amazing!" Amy screamed excitedly.

"I'm glad, it's about time that we even out the odds against The Shield," John assured.

"Hunter, Shawn, why did you select Amy and John?" he asked.

"Amy is popular and a rising star here in the WWE," Hunter answered.

"John is the present and future of the WWE," Shawn answered.

"Now, guys, let's go celebrate!" Hunter shouted.

John and Amy were exhausted so they decided to head to the hotel room.

Amy knew it was going to be John's birthday in a few days and she was starting to plan a party for her prince charming. He made something extra special for her, she called his family and they are traveling to Georgia to attend it.

Amy reflected on how her life had been since she started in the WWE. So many things have happened already but she was happy that she was a WWE Diva and grateful for the people she had met so far.

She has such a wonderful boyfriend, John makes everything better for her. Amy doen't like being away from him, he makes every moment special for her. Amy knows that they're meant to be and she was happy with her life.

**Sorry for the short chapter but things will get interested for John's birthday & Amy and John's year anniversary. Thank you for reading my story so far, I hope you guys have been liking it so far. It's been fun creating this story and experimenting with creative writing.**
