Chapter 19: CEO

**Monday Night RAW** (After TLC)

Amy's music starts, she's opening the show. "Hello, WWE Univese! Welcome to Monday Night RAW." "If you saw TLC last night then you must know that I'm CEO and half owner of the WWE," she said. "I also made my in ring return against Tamina but she was frustrated every time she trying to beat me and I came back up," Amy said.

Tamina's music interrupted Amy's promo. She started yelling and got in Amy's face."How about you put your championship on the line at the Royal Rumble?" Amy yelled with frustration.

"You're the CEO, you make it official," she yelled.

"Now that I think about it, I'll get my championship whenever I want to," Amy said as she left the ring.

One thing that Amy has been learning about this new position is that unlike everyone else, her job doesn't end when the show is over. Not only do she have to help run the show, she's part of the show too. She knew it wasn't going to be easy but she also didn't know how hard it was going to be.

Backstage, Amy had to make sure everything was running smoothly because the show is live. She's looking at the schedule and bumped into someone, "Oops, I'm sorry," she said without looking up.

"It's fine babe, I forgive you," the voice had a British accent that she recognized.

She looked up and noticed she had bumped into Wade Barrett.

He put her against the wall, "Babe, now that you're CEO, you can give me a little match against The Miz?" he asked.

"Let me think about it," she said.

He pulled her back to the wall, "Babe, I actually want to apologize for everything I did to you, you didn't deserve any of it," he said.

"It's fine Wade, I know it wasn't really you, don't worry about it," she said. "I forgive you," she added.

He hugged her, "Thanks babe." 

"I'll arrange for your match since you apologized," she told him as she kept walking.

Even as Wade apologized, he was mesmerized by her sparkling brown eyes. If it wasn't because she's was with Cena now, he would have kissed her. He would let her know that he still loved her. He should have appreciated her while they were together. Now, all he could do is cherish her friendship.

Wade's apology removed some weight off her shoulders. Working like this made her miss her John. They used to spend so much time together and now they spend less time. She went to his locker room to watch the rest of the show with him.

"Hey love," she said.

"Hey," he said.

"Are you okay love?" she asked.

"I'm fine babe, sorry," he responded.

"I just miss seeing my girlfriend, I don't get to see you as often now," he added.

"I know love, sorry, I miss being by your side too," she commented.

She started rubbing his shoulders, he closed his eyes and relaxed.

"How about you accompany me to my match tonight?" he asked.

"Of course love, anything for you," she answered.

"How about I make you some dinner after the show?" she asked.

"Sure babe, thank you for staying here with me even though you should be working," he said as he put his hand on her thigh.

Amy turned him around and caressed his cheek and kissed him, "I miss moments like this."

"Me too babe," he said.

John loved having Amy at ringside for his match. Before he put Fandango on the STF, he blew her a kiss and she blew one back. The reason he doubted this new position from the beginning was the fact that he knew they would be apart for a while. The job is too demanding to be in a relationship but he loves her. It's been her dream to have this position and he don't want to take it away from her like that, it will be selfish of him to do so. He hasn't loved anyone as much as he loves her. Those sparkling brown eyes, that smile, those lips that tempt him, those curves that drive him crazy. There is no other woman like her, John loves Amy.

When they visited his family last time, his mother gave him a ring that his dad had given her when he knew they were soul mates. She gave it to John for him to give it to Amy when he felt she was the one. He has felt it since day one but he's been waiting for the perfect and romantic moment to give it to her. He knows that she'll love it especially the meaning behind it.

John and Amy were in his locker room, he decided to give her the ring, "Babe, I have something to tell you," he said.

"What?" she asked worried.

"It's nothing babe, just come here," he said leading her his way.

She sat beside him, he looked at her brown sparkling eyes, he was always mesmerized by her beauty, "When we went to visit my family in Boston last time, my mother gave me something. She told me, 'Your Dad gave me this when he knew we were soul mates, I want you to give it to Amy when you think the time is right,' I've known you were my soul mate since I first saw you but I wanted to wait for the perfect moment to give it to you."

John took out the black box and opened it, the look on her face was priceless. Her eyes were watery, he put his hand on her thigh, "Amy please take this as a sign of our love and to show you that we're soul mates already, together forever."

He placed the ring on her finger, she just stared at it mesmerized by the ring's beauty, "Wow, love, this is beautiful, thank you."

She brushed his cheek with her hand and kissed him. After the kiss, their foreheads were pressed against each other and that moment he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with this beautiful woman in front of him.
