If only I was there

Chapter 7

Today was the first day I started school. I woke up and took a shower. I put on a pair of black jeans and a black blue sweater. I curled my hair and ate breakfast. After I brushed my teeth and put in my shoes, I headed to the elevator. Dane and Stella were there.

"So.. Which school are you going to attend, Megan?" Stella asked.

"Everly Wood High"

"Oh my god. That's our school!!" She shrieked so loud I thought my eardrums were going to bleed. The elevator finally came and the three of us squeezed in together. I got in my car and went to school. I drove and finally arrived at Everly Wood High. It was big and there were students entering the school with friends, alone and significant others. I walked in and went straight to the principal office. I got my schedule and my locker number. I headed to the hallway and searched my locker.

When I finally found it, there was a girl putting her stuff in her locker which was beside mine. Her hair was long and her eyes was like cat eyes. Her hair was beautiful because they were wavy and the brown ombré colour she had was flawless . The girl was wearing a tank top representing a kpop group called "exo". She saw me and introduced herself.

"Heyy, my name is Scarlett. Nice to meet you." She pulled out her arm to shake with mine. I shook her hand while introducing myself.

"Well Megan, you are going to LOVE it here. The teachers are nice, students are friendly and the food is delicious.

"I can hint the sarcasm, Scarlett."

"I was being sarcastic." We laughed and went to our classes. She had english while I was having calculus.

I walked in and everyone was staring at me like I killed someone. "Well, Ms Lancaster please introduce yourself." So I did. The teacher thanked me asked me to sit beside Dane. At first I thought it was a different Dane but no, it's the same Dane Cowell. I sat down and ignored him. He told me he was sorry and asked me to get over with the incident. He said it's been 3 years and maybe i was slightly over it. But no I wasn't because who the hell sell his or her best friend? No one.

The bell finally rang signaling us to go to our next classes. I was having science and walked to the lab. A man who wore a pair of spectacles I assumed the teacher,told me to sit beside a girl named Judy. She was beautiful. She had blonde hair and her eyes was green. The girl was wearing a black beanie which matches her boots. She heard her name and raised her hand while looking at me. She flashes her smile.

"Hi, I'm Judy. You must be Megan. Scarlett told me about her knew locker neighbor."

I smiled at her and took my seat, which was beside her. Someone threw a paper ball at me. I looked back and saw Chloe. I waved at her and she waved back. Judy told me that Chloe always do that to attract new kids and I told her that we met before. She nodded and continued doing her business. Chloe threw another paper ball which wrote "aye gurlllllll" and I wrote back "hi Chlo." I was so glad I made friends but I promised myself not to trust them as much as I trusted Dane. I don't want to get broke all over again.
