Chapter 16: A Whole New World

A/N:

Sorry for the wait!! ... Yeah lol. So sorry. Buh bye now

----

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS expecting, but this it wasn't this. Two princes? Two? What was this, Twilight? Gosh, Julie would kill me if she found out I had about seven guys with me at the moment. This is so not what it looks like. I took a deep breath as I followed them out of the airport and into a luxury black car. What was with rich people and black cars?

"So, Kiara," Leo asked breaking the silence and my thoughts, "it's quite nice to finally meet you instead of only hearing your voice." He chuckled. I received some very curious gazes from Cecil and Thorne.

"I -- uh -- I, um I had the mind link with each of them." I mumble to Cecil, who just looked between the princes and I. Leo and Thorne exchanged a glance at each other as well then both said "What?" In sync. Yeah they were so brothers. We continued driving and I could've swore I heard Thorne mumble that he thought he was special, and Leo just patted him on the back and then said "Only mentally."

I looked out the window at the new scenery. There were tall buildings with people pouring out of them. I just signed. I already felt sleep growing. It felt like all I did these pass few days was sleep, eat, repeat. The car made turns here and there and before I knew it, I woke up to the sound of laughter as the car had pulled to a complete stop.

"-- Yeah she just lunged out of the back seat and pulled the cars wheel, then we made a complete drift--" Cecil explained.

"Eh, I like a girl who knows how to drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other --"I opened my eyes to find Thorne wiggling his eyebrows at Cecil who just rolled his eyes. He was silenced by Leo punching him at my awaking. "Morning, Princess." Leo smiled at me as his golden eyes reflected sunlight. Leo  grabbed my hand and helped me out of the vehicle with Thorne and Cecil following right behind.

"You've got a great ass from my view." Thorne said breaking my thoughts. I instantly turned around blushing to find him smiling at me proudly. I just glared at him.

"Just ignore him. I know how he gets." Leo said, squeezing my hand. I had forgotten I was still holding it. I just smiled. I don't know why but it felt so natural -- even though I just met him.

"Is he always like this?" I scoffed as we continued walking. It was dark out and I could barley see, but I let Leo guide me. I didn't notice where we were headed until we were literally at its doorstep.

We walked up to gigantic mansion that had a fountain in the middle of its drive way, with plants I had never seen before leading us to the grand entrance. I gasp as we got closer, seeing all the designs craved into the houses exterior. Pillars led us towards the doorway, which had crystal like glass allowing some moonlight to shine through -- it was beautiful. The whole walk up the stairs to the doors, I couldn't help but let my mouth hang open for a bit. It wasn't until we entered the gigantic mansion that I felt my mouth drop. The house had a marble floor, with a grand staircase straight in the middle. It had a darker marble as the railing, with a crystal chandelier hanging above it. I was definitely in awe. "Holy crap ..." Was all I managed to say. I heard Leo laugh beside me. "Is this yours?" I asked, tearing my gaze away from the beauty of the house.

"Actually it's ours." Thorne popped up in front of us with Cecil looking around the house. He didn't look as awe struck as me, but he eyes held the same curiosity I had.

"Well, we are royalty." Leo shrugged, letting go of my hand. "C'mon I'll show you to your room."

"Damn ..." Was all I whispered as he took me up the staircase and down a wide hallway with portraits of people. I stopped suddenly as one caught my eye. It had three young men standing in a pose with very serious looks on their faces. "Who are they?" I asked pointing to the last one. He just gave me a small smile, before he signed. "Those are our ancestors. The original three brothers; Logan, Michael and Leo. Which is whom I'm named after."

"Wait-- the three brothers?" I asked squinting.

"Yeah." he dragged the word. "You know the background on it right?" He said with confusion.

"Yeah. It's just -- um, well weird I suppose." I shrugged. He just scoffed after saying "Okay." He then led me to my room -- which also me use the lords name in vein. The room was huge. I could literally through a party in here and then get lost. My room was a room within rooms. I had a mini hallway -- well mini was underestimated -- which led on too a bedroom with a giant queen bed that had more pillows than I could count. There was also a bathroom attached to the bedroom with jacuzzi bath and shower that poured water like a waterfall. To be honest I was hoping Leo would demonstrate how to use it. I blushed just thinking about it which made him laugh at my pink cheeks. I've never been more embarrassed.

When I stepped out to the hallway again, on the opposite wall, a walk-in closet with a makeup studio and table in the middle that would hold my shoes. And it spun! My life was complete. I think I even squealed. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Leo had promised to make sure clothes would be brought to me, but for now my clothes would only consist the ones that I had brought. Which didn't mean much. I signed as I let myself collapse on the bed. I soon groaned at how comfy it was. It was like magic.

I heard a knock so I just welcomed the dude in. I knew it would be a guy due to the lack of females in this house.

"Hey." I heard them whisper. I was having trouble figuring out who it was. I just grunted to show that I heard them. I was exhausted, it's not like you haven't done this before. I heard footsteps come closer to me then I felt some of the end of the bed sink as the dude sat down.

"Kiara --" ah, so it was Cecil.

"Shhh," I said putting a finger to my lips. I was still facing the ceiling with my eyes closed, but I could just picture his facial expression. "It's memory foam," I giggled, "it remembers me." I said smiling like an idiot. I decided to sit up which caused me to make a hand print into it. "See? It already misses me." I pouted but he just shook his head as he laughed at me.

"Man, you must really be tired." He laughed some more. "Yep!" I said popping the 'P'. Man, I don't know where I got all this energy from ...

"I just wanted to know how you were, knowing his could be a drastic change --"

"From what? Crappy hotel rooms?" I offered. "Yeah sure," he paused as he rubbed the back of his neck. "...that."

"I'm peachy." I laughed. Jesus I was getting more hyper by the minute.

"Okay." He said as he got up from his spot. I bet he could tell that I wasn't going to take anything seriously. "Just tell or ask me if you need anything." He offered, which I was thankful for so when he was almost out the door I stopped him.

"Cecil!" He turned and looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "Thank you." I said more calmly. He just smiled and nodded before he wished me goodnight.

If only I knew what the next would hold because I really did need that good night.
