Marco Angelo Massaretti's POV

THE TRIP to my private estate is tormenting. That nightmare is slowly tearing my sanity apart. It maybe a dream, but who knows? After that threat from Daniel Ferrari, my mind is unsettling until he's restrained.

I just hope he won't learned about her or I will be a force to use my gun to kill him, which I never had done it yet, but I'm ready to do it if I needed to. I'm a gun shooter, it's in our blood. I had learned when I was in grade school. My grandparents had me thought with their best security for gun handling and shooting. And it all paid off.

At first, I don't understand why? Until I grew more and learned it for protection.

For protection from all the Massaretti enemies.

And now I'm grateful. My grandparents are experts in guns as well, and I thought that's the reason why they made sure, I can handle and use a gun properly and expertly. I also did some karate which is not as an excellent as my securities, but I thought would be just enough to get away from our enemy. Guns were now prominently used by anyone who wanted to kill or to protect themselves.

Now, I'm torn if I had to teach Georgina or not. I just don't want to freak her out.

I heaved a sighed as I leaned my back against the limo seat support and massage my temple. My head suddenly aches with all these things going on in my mind. And it's all about Georgina.

God, that dream felt like real. I felt like dying when I heard her pleading scream, as she begs for help.

Some say dreams are just a result of our subconscious mind. Maybe it was right. I was just thinking too much about the threat. I console myself, but still the fear was there lurking in my heart.

"Can you go any faster?" I asked Trivun with my voice breaks a little. I know I sounded unusual as he stared at me for a second. He looks surprised rather flabbergasted and then he looks back on the road.

Seconds later, the limo picks up speed and soon I felt like we are flying. Thanks, God, it was four in the morning, where the road is not busy and has rarely one or two cars coming from the opposite direction.

Jagger was sitting silently beside Trivun in the passenger seat, looking very alert.

After like centuries, finally the limo reach the Ruby grand estate and I jumped out of the limo and strode hastily inside the awaiting open door. Jaime was looking drowsy and I felt remorseful after calling them to announced my arrival at a very early morning.

"I apologized for waking you up, Jaime," I said to him and he just nods and smiled briefly.

"Not at all, Mr. Massaretti. I hope you had a good trip to here." He uttered shortly.

"I did and thank you, Jaime. Please go back to sleep and sleep in." I replied in dismissal tone and with that, I walk straight to the stairs and strode up the staircase heading to Georgina's room in a rush.

As soon as I reach her doorknob, I quietly opened it and tiptoed inside like a thief. I close her door as quietly as I opened it and made my way to her bed. The night lamp was on and I'm glad. When I saw her on her bed, peacefully sleeping in a fetal position, I felt extremely relieved and happy.
