Chapter 11-she's mine.

Previously- - - - (laura was on the date with Robbie)

I smile at him and look around, something catches my eye, is that, Ross? I see opposite us? No way, really shor? You had to come to the same restaurant? I know he did it on purpose, why did I have to tell him where we were going? Was I subconsciously hoping he would come? this is going to be an awkward night, for me anyway.

---Ross pov---

Okay so, I admit it was a little petty of me to purposely come to the same restaurant Laura and her date was at, but I couldn't help it, she's mine. Laura looks so perfect tonight, I mean court looks good too but, she seems to wear plain, similar things all the time, laur changes it up and adds colour, she just so happens to be wearing yellow tonight, coincidence? I think not Marano. "Ross?" shit I completely zoned out, there she stood, in front of my table, perfect as ever.

 "h-hey laur" I didn't really think this through, what her reaction would be. "Hey Laura! Nice to see you again" Courtney beams "join us!" WHAT?! She wants laur to join us, really court? Ah, actually, maybe this is a good idea, I have a plan, and it's going to drive laura crazy, she won't be able to resist me, she's a virgin, and virgins are notorious for getting turned on so easily, so, If I touch her in the right places...

No Ross! Stop thinking like that, you should be having these thoughts about Courtney, not laur. Courtney's figure is too die for, she has it all. Yeah, but laur has it better, she makes you happy Ross, she lifts your mood when you think nobody can. So can court! Not like Laura can, Courtney uses, shall we say, different techniques, but with Laura, all she needs to do is smile, laugh and ask you to say lame jokes and puns, and there you have it, you are beaming. All Courtney seems to be able to do is turn you on, and that's not cheering you up Ross. It's getting you on a high, and when you come down from that, you feel even worse than before.

"Ross? Can I talk to you please?" Laura said in the most innocent voice ever, I knew what she wanted to talk to me about but I couldn't deal with that tonight. "About what?" I say acting so clueless it's unreal "heath told Raini and calum something about a script change or something, and you need to call Kevin now" before I could respond, she pulled my hand and led me outside of the restaurant. 

When we got outside, I was expecting her to go off at me, but she didn't, instead she had a smirk, it was hot man. "Ross?" "y-what?" "Don't you think it's really quite warm tonight? I need to take my jacket off, I'm sweating" she said as she bit her lip, and slowly pulled off her jacket, and pushed her hair onto her back, revealing, well I think you know.

---Laura pov---

Why do I enjoy teasing him so much? It's just so fun, and easy. At first when I saw him tonight, I was infuriated with him for trying to ruin my date, but then I realised he must be jealous, so now I'm going to tease until he gives in, but it will not go any further than that, I'm only playing with him, ha.

"Ross? I've just has this huge headache come on, I really need to go home, can you take me? I can't ask my family because none of them are home; they're gone all week, so I have the house to myself, pretty boring, but hey."

"Wh-why can't your date take you?" he was struggling to keep his eyes above my chest, wow this is working better than I anticipated. By the way, before you start thinking I'm just an idiot who is playing games, I'm not being serious, it's just a little joke. And I actually do have a headache, and none of my family is even in, so I'm not really lying at all. 

"Because I want you to take me, you always used to take care of me when I wasn't well, has that changed?" "no laur, of course it hasn't changed" wow, I have literally just had an epiphany, ross is slowly changing around me, I don't feel like he cares the way he used too, he has clearly gotten over me, well sucks to be me, ay.

"You know what? My house isn't far from here, I will just walk, I'm just going to go say goodbye too Robbie, see you later ross"

Before he could say anything, I walked back into the restaurant, when I got back in there I grabbed my phone and bag, and slipped my jacket back on. "Are you leaving?" Robbie asked, he had a hint of sadness in his voice, but I just wanted to go home, curl up on the sofa, watch supernatural and eat frozen yogurt.

 "Yeah, kind of feel a bit ill so I think it would be best for me to go home, bye Robbie thank you so much for tonight." As I said that, the waiter came over with our food, wow great timing, we ordered this like half hour ago. "come on laur, at least stay and eat something...---""I will take you home after", ross and Robbie both said in unison, I gave them both weird looks, ugh I wish I was at home. "Fine, I'll stay and eat something, and then I will leave, and walk home."

 "bu—" I cut ross off before he could finish, I knew he wanted to take me home, and I would have gladly accepted the lift earlier, but now I would just rather walk, alone. I'm not even hungry, but I know I should probably eat something, since I haven't eaten all day, oops?

---Riiing---

Robbie's phone. "Hello? Yeah? Out with Laura, yeah, okay, really?!!? Oh my god! Okay, I'll be home soon, love you too mum" Robbie was beaming about something. I don't want to ask, because it's not really my business. "LAURAAA!!" he jumped out of his seat, grabbed my hands and pulled me into a rather comfortable hug, he lifted me up and span me around like five times? I don't even know. He was sure happy about something. "Woooaaah!"

 I laughed at him as he gently placed me back down, "what was all that?!" I giggle at him, he was adorable, we sat back down and by then, I had a huge, real smile on my face, I looked over at Ross and court, she was smiling and giggling at Robbie as well, but Ross on the other hand, had the fakest smile I had ever seen.

He looked over at me with soft, sad eyes, I gave an annoyed look and looked back at Robbie. "Robbie? Why are you so happy then?" I asked with a chuckle "one word, Danielle!!" "Dan---oh my gosh!! THE Danielle?? Danielle Harris? As in the Danielle you haven't seen in two years because she went travelling??" "Yeah!!!! That Danielle!! Oh my gosh laur, she's back!! I'm so sorry, I have to go, and do you want me to take you home? Oh I feel so bad for leaving you, are you going to be okay?" he said pointing and referring to court and Ross "why wouldn't I be okay with these two? And no I'll be fine, I want to walk home anyway, now goooo!!" I said with a smile "okay well if you're sure, but there's just one thing laur.." "What's tha---"he cut me off with the taste of his soft lips. He kissed me.

 It felt so right, but so wrong at the same time, you know since Ross was sat there and everything, plus I don't kiss on the first date. He pulled away after about five seconds "I'm sorry I just needed to do that" "I-its fine, now go see your best friend!" "Okay, I'll call you tomorrow?" "Sounds great" and with that he smiled and went off out the door of the restaurant. Wow. Wow wowowowow.

---Ross pov---

Is she legit? Really laur? You're driving me crazy, in every way. I need to talk to her, and now. I checked the time on my phone, 9:46pm, I remember court wanted to be home by 10, and by home I mean her actual house.

 Her friend is going to be here in like 5 minutes, I don't think she realises the time. "Court?" she and laur were in there own little world, talking, well whispering about god knows what. I lightly tapped her shoulder and that finally got her attention. "It's ten to, court" "oh my gosh! I completely lost track of time, I have to go! Abbey is waiting outside probably; she said she would be here at twenty too, bye Ross! Bye laur, good luck with you and Robbie, you're really good together." "Thank you, just like you and ross! See you" I gave court a quick side hug and a peck and she went. Finally alone time with laur.
