"Don't cry over the past, it's gone. Don't stress over the future, it hasn't arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful"
***********************************

According to my uncle, there's one person in the world who is destined for you. He or she is the one. You love them more then you've loved anyone or anything in this world, but when you loose them, you never recover from it. Just like uncle lost his wife, the love of his life, the mother of his three kids.

I was very young when he had lost her.
Both of them went for a long ride but only one came back. Uncle was devastated. I would often hear him here him crying in his office after all of us had slept. He carried a picture of her in his pocket every where he went. He never looked at any women again.

Looking at the strongest person alive, i gave his arm a small squeeze which was in mine. I wasn't angry or sad, i was numb. The doors opened to the beautifully decorated hall. Taking a deep breath i began walking down the aisle with uncle beside me. Everyone to my left and right was standing and looking at me. I noticed faces i had never seen before.

Trying my best to ignore the whispers around me i let my eyes wander to the man i was getting married to me. His black suit screamed expensive, complimenting his fit body. His hair was perfectly styled. He was looking at me with no emotion in his eyes. Did i feel lucky to marry this beautiful man?

No.

Upon reaching him, uncle left my arm and reached his seat. Standing infront of Dominic i noticed for the very first time the light blue colour of his eyes.
I found my self staring at them as he stared back. Could anyone be so perfect and so evil at the same time?

I was brought back to the world by the throat clearing of the person who had to declared us husband and wife. I took that as an opportunity to look away. My eyes came across jake and mike who gave me small smiles. Staring back at the intimidating eyes of the monster in front of me, I noticed how empty they were, void of any emotion. They were deep circles of nothingness. Once again i was so distracted by him that I didn't know the priest had began speaking.

"Do you take each other to love each other truly for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health till death do you apart?"

I took a deep breath as i waited for his reply, clutching my bouquet tightly.

"I do" his husky deep voice confirmed. The priest turned to me.

"I do" I whispered.

"You may now exchange rings"

His hands moved inside his suit jacket to grab a small black box. My breath hitched in my throat as he opened it and held it out. Probably to everyone else this was just two people claiming their love for each other. Only if they knew.

He held out the most beautiful ring i had ever seen, waiting for my hand.
Holding out my hand which he didn't grab, he slid the ringer in the third finger of my hand. Quickly, i did the same avoiding eye contact with anyone which was funny because i was the bride every eye would be on me.

Sighing that it was over, i tried to calm my racing heart down

"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride"

My eyes widened as i turned to the priest, little beads of sweat in my hair.
Quickly turning my head to my now husband i saw him giving a hard look to the priest. He seemed to understand the look as he finished the ceremony. A wave of relief hit me as i knew I won't be kissing him.
