Chapter 17

Still yawning i ran the towel through my wet hair and slipped on my underwear. I still had forty five minutes to get ready. I put on my silk white robe and sat before my vanity. I applied a little bit of blush and also a highlighter.

Highlighter was my obsession.

I put on some mascara and a peachy nude lipstick.

I blow dried my hair for extra volume. Laying down my back.

I sprayed some deodorant and changed into a light pink sleeves chiffon shirt with high wasted skinny jeans. I grabbed my bag and books and made my way downstairs to be greeted with silence.

Even Martha wasn't here. Frowning I turned towards the kitchen. I put my bag on the table and turned towards the cabinets standing on my toes to get the cereal.

"Miss Aurora?" I gasped and spun around.

"Jesus Martha you scared the crap out of me" I clutched my chest trying to calm my racing heart. There was a look of playfulness in her eyes and she was clearly trying to control her laughter.

"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to frighten you" She spoke in her french accent.

She was literally a real life Darota.

"It's okay" I smiled fixing my cereal and digging into it.

I sat down on the stool and ate my cereal while going through some news on my phone. Martha was behind me cleaning up the drawers.

I got up and washed my bowl and spoon and turned to Martha.

"Hey do you have any idea where Dominic is?" She quickly looked up at me with wide eyes looked surprised.

"I umm need the car keys to leave" I cleared my throat.

"He's in the garage" She smiled picking up a huge neatly piled of towels in her arms going upstairs.

I eyed the pile for a moment before grabbing my books and making my way to the garage.

I know the directions to the garage but i've never actually been there.
My heart was pounding a little and my stomach doing the weird flipping thing again as I remember last night.

I clutched the strap of my bag lying on my shoulders and made my way in.

I stood in awe for a few seconds as i took in the whole place. There were ALOT of cars. The place was huge.

"Wow" I breathed out sliding my hand on the sleek back car making my way further in.

The sound of metal hitting the ground made me jump up.

"Aurora?" I gasped and for the second time in today I tried calming my racing heart.

Dominic was sitting on a near to the floor really low stool infront of the first tyre. He had pulled a tool that i had no idea about, away from the tyre and suddenly the car swung low. He was wearing a grey half sleeves T-Shirt which had a few black stains and made his big arms look more hot.
