Abigail's POV
I woke up with very little memory of what had happened, as I looked around I saw Ryan was still here. I had heard Ryan on the phone earlier telling his parents not to visit just yet, because I wasn't myself. I wasn't really sure what he meant "Ryan" I touched his head gently and he lifted it quickly, his eyes were still sleepy. As he looked at me that's when I saw the cut on his face "Shit baby what happened?" I asked. He looked a mixture of confused and worried.
"It doesn't matter" he shrugged it off nine the less "How are you feeling?"
"A little sore, but I'm good" I replied as Ryan kissed my hand "Ry what happened?"
"I'll get a doctor" Ryan quickly dismissed my question and rushed to fetch doctor Murray.
"Hello Abi, how are you feeling?" Doctor Murray shone a torch in my eyes.
"Sore, what happened?" I asked cautiously.
"You developed a condition called Postpartum Psychosis" I gasped at the diagnosis "Did I do that?" I pointed at Ryan's cut. He nodded and sat beside me on the bed.
"You weren't yourself" he whispered gently "But your okay now"
Doctor Murray smiled at me widely "When can I see my babies?" I saw Ryan glance at Doctor Murray hopefull.
"I'll tell the nurse to bring you a wheelchair" he smiled as he filled on some forms and put the folder back on the end of my bed.
"You have now idea how happy I am you're back" Ryan sighed "I thought I'd lost you and then when the Psychosis kicked in I..." tears were forming in his eyes.
"I'm not going anywhere, I love you so much" I reply and Ryan leant forwards to kiss me.
"I love you too"
"Okay Mrs Tedder if you'd like to take a seat" a nurse pushed a wheelchair into the room. Ryan helped me sit in it "Let's go and meet your babies"

I had no idea what to expect until I got inside the room the twins were in "Hey guys your Mommy has come to see you" I stood up and walked towards the cribs. Hearing Ryan call me Mommy made my heart skip and then seeing their beautiful little faces...I was simply blown away.
"They're so tiny" I sniffed as I looked over the crib which had our little boy in.
"Yeah but they are both fighters, just like their Mom" Ryan stood beside me "You can touch him it's fine" I looked at Ryan as he opened the circle window in the side of the clear crib.
"Hello baby" I said gently "Your Mommy's here" Ryan looped his arm around my waist and planted a gentle kiss on my temple "I'm here" I added as I felt a little hand grip my finger.
"And I haven't forgotten about you either" I turned to look at my little girl, I opened the window myself this time and touched her hand. Her grip wasn't as firm as her brothers but it was still a grip "Hello little girl, Mommy's here now. I'm sorry I got lost for a little while"
"We still need to name them" Ryan spoke gently from over my shoulder.
"Okay Blake for the boy?" I suggest and ryan shakes his head "Cooper, Taylor?" Ryan is still shaking his head.
"How about Jacob?" Ooh he stopped shaking his head "Jacob Benjamin Tedder?"
"Yeah I like that" we both smiled as we watched the nurse write it down on an identification tag.
"Okay now for her" I sigh as I feel Ryan's hand on my back, he is stood beside me now "Ella?" I could see Ryan thinking.
"After your grandmother?" He smiled "Yeah okay but only if we can use Rose aswell?"
"Ella Rose Tedder?" I wasn't sure if I liked it all together "No it doesnt sound great, how about Ava Rose Tedder?"
"Nah how about Lily?" Ryan suggested "Or Lillia?"
"Lillia Rose Tedder? Yeah that works, so we'd like to introduce you to our children Jacob Benjamin and Lillia Rose" I played around saying their names out loud.
"Perfect" Ryan leans over and kisses me gently "You have no idea how happy I am right now, thank you for coming back to me"
"Baby I wasn't going to leave you, ever" I reply as I hold his gaze.
"Do you think now would be a good time to introduce them to the world?" Ryan smirked and took our his iPhone from his back pocket. He took a photo and loaded it onto Twitter with the caption 'we are so in love with our little creations...much love Mr and Mrs T...' I watched as he hit send.
"Hello Mrs Tedder, it's lovely to see you back to your old self" a midwife smiled at me, she was very stern faced and looked close to retirement. I could see Ryan's eyes widen at this woman's honesty which made me chuckle.
"Thank you" I replied politely.
"You must be extremely proud to have such beautiful little fighters" the midwife added "My name is Anne, I have been taking care of them for the last few days"
"And they're both okay, no complications?" I ask hopefully, to my relief she nods.
"Like I said before Mrs Tedder, they are both fighters"

I was more than happy to see Leroy arrive and Tony and Harriet.
Harriet was completely duped by the twins, Leroy was grateful he didn't have to protect a crazy person and Tony, well he was just Tony...business as usual. Which to be honest I didn't mind, I was trying to distract myself from what had happened before I was rushed into hospital. Although I couldn't remember much during the Psychosis, I could remember my argument with Nick perfectly.
"So I hate to ask Abi, but what are you doing about Vampire Stories honey?" Tony hated asking I could tell in his tone, but it was his job to keep everything running and all my options open.
"I'm not going back" Harriet and Ryan threw me a puzzled look "I can't commit to the show right now and no producer will be willing to wait for my return indefinately "Tell Joe I'm sorry but I can't do it"
"You sure baby?" Ryan's voice was full of concern, he knew how hard I had worked on the show "Maybe we should take some more time to think about it?"
"I've done nothing but think about it for the last few months, Ry I have movie offers coming out of my ears..."
"Yeah I know, I support whatever decision you make. But only if you're happy with it" damn it he knows me too well "I love you so much for making this choice but I know in your heart you won't be able to leave the show unfinished"
"So what do you think I should do?"
"Maybe just take some time off for now and see what happens, if you still want to leave the show then let them wrote you out at the end of this series" Ryan made alot of sense.
"You're right, I need to see this through and then decide" I exhaled as I looked at my beautiful babies, seeing them so small brought it all back to me, back to when Freya was born "Where's Freya?" I asked Tony who looked a little bit edgy "What's wrong?" I notice Ryan look up quickly, he must be as in the dark as I am right now "Tony" my voice had some harshness in it.
"Nick's taken her to Europe" Leroy finally spoke, I watched in silence as Tony threw him a glare.
"He's done what?" My heart raced in my chest "When?"
"Last night, he was doing a promotional tour in France and Germany and Freya wanted to go with him"
"Abi?" Ryan must have seen the fury in my eyes as I looked at him. He spoke cautiously.
"Pass me my phone" I snapped, perhaps a little more than I should have...
